Ap 1,6 km garā un labiekārtotā Adamovas dabas taka iepazīstina ar Adamovas krauju un tās apkaimē esošajām dabas vērtībām. Takas sākums meklējams pie autostāvlaukuma, no kura paveras plašs skats uz Krāslavu un Daugavas senieleju. Adamovas krauja (aizsargājams ģeoloģisks piemineklis) ir viena no garākajām (ap 1,7 km) un augstākajām (25 - 35 m) Daugavas kraujām. Tā veidojusies sānu erozijas rezultātā, Daugavas ūdeņiem noskalojot Daugavas pamatkrastu Adamovas loka ziemeļdaļā.

The largest town in the region dates back to the 19th century, when three local fishing villages – Neibāde, Pēterupe and Katrīnbāde – became a popular location for leisure and swimming.  This led to the construction of many summer homes, and the development of the spa was facilitated by the opening of a rail line between Rīga and Saulkrasti in 1905.  New spas and restaurants were opened, and the spa infrastructure was developed.  During the summer there were various entertainments, including balls and concerts featuring orchestras from Rīga.  Also facilitating the development of the spa was a road and railroad line between Rīga and Saulkrasti that were installed during the 1930s.  During the Soviet occupation, leisure homes, sanatoriums and new summer homes were built in Saulkrasti, which was given the status of a city.  Today Saulkrasti is attractive because of its white sand beach, as well as various annual events, the Saulriets trail, the White Dune, the unique bicycle museum, Sea Park, the “Centrs” swimming facility, Sun Square, etc.

The restaurant is at the bridge across the Salaca River, offering traditional Latvian dishes, as well as dishes from other European countries.

Latvian cuisine: Sprats with egg, fish soup, farmer’s breakfast, cooked butter beans, chicken livers with mashed potatoes, Kurzeme stroganoff, potted farmer’s stew, crepes and potato pancakes with potatoes, stacked rye bread.

The holiday houses are located near Lake Ieva, 30 m from the lake shore. On the 1st floor of the holiday house - lounge with fireplace and glazed veranda, sauna (50.00 EUR / evening), small kitchenette, toilet. Outside-small terrace overlooking the lake. On the 2nd floor there are 2 isolated rooms and 10 beds. By the lake - a fireplace, a well-groomed swimming area with a footbridge. Boats and catamarans can be rented.

The craftswoman will talk about and demonstrate the way in which she produces various products, encouraging you to do some of the work on your own. You can buy ready-made objects or commission new ones.

Pāvilostā ir trīs parki. Pāvilostas centrā (pie kultūras nama) atrodas Piecdesmitgades parks, kuru 1929. g. iekopa skolotājs un novadpētnieks Ernests Šneiders. Vienu ozolu tajā esot iestādījis Latvijas Valsts prezidents Gustavs Zemgals. Simtgades parks ar piemiņas akmeņiem tapa Sakas labajā krastā jau kā turpinājums iesāktajam. Vecākais no Pāvilostas parkiem - Upesmuižas parks (19. gs.) atrodas tuvu Liepājas – Ventspils šosejai. Upesmuižas pils nav saglabājusies (nodedzināta 1905. g.). Parkā apskatāms sens akmens sols (perimetrs 5,55 m) un Upesmuižas parka Lielais akmens. Domājams, tas ir kultakmens.

Viens no iespaidīgākajiem nacionālā parka pilskalniem, kura piekājē atradusies senpilsēta. Arheoloģisko izrakumu gaitā te atrastas kuršu senlietas. Tiesa, mežs un biezais augājs traucē uztvert šī nozīmīgā arheoloģijas pieminekļa patiesos apjomus un formu. Uz pilskalnu vasarās ved izpļauta taka. Ja esat Žemaišu Kalvarijas pusē un atliek brīvs brīdis, tad savā maršrutā var iekļaut arī šo apskates objektu.
