The villa is situated at the crossroad of Smilciu and Zveju Streets, near the sea – about 3-5 minutes walk through the pine forest. Access to the common beach, nearby – the women beach area. The center of Palanga and spots where main events and shows take place, and Basanaviciaus Street –  in about 7-10 minutes walk.    The villa was founded in 2008 in a four-storey building. The complex consists of six historic buildings offering facilities for seminars, conferences and accommodation, as well as suitable infrastructure for hosting outdoor events for up to 1,000–5,000 people.
