Divstāvīgs skatu tornis pie Laikjula (Laiküla) – Hāpsalu ceļa, no kuras paveras plaša ainava uz Matsalu līcī ietekošo upīšu palieņu pļavām. Te var vērot migrējošās dzērves un zosis, bet pavasaros varbūt laimēsies redzēt vai dzirdēt ķikutu Gallinago media. Viens no retajiem torņiem, kas ir pielāgots cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām.

One of the most unusual houses of worship in the national park, this one has a red brick tower, and together with local residential buildings it makes up an interesting cultural landscape.  The prayer house is not open to the public.

Near Mākoņkalns hill there is a trail that is mowed in the summer and leads to several historical rocks – Plakanais (Flat) rock, Āža muguras (Ram's Back) rock (on which you can clamber), and the Jaunstašuļi Velna pēdas (Devil's Footprint) rock, on the surface of which is a shape similar to a human footprint.  There are signs along the side of the road leading to the trail.

The café is located in the centre of Talsi, near Church Square, not far from Talsi lake.

Latvian cuisine: Bean, sorrel and chilled soup, grit or pea porridge, sautéed vegetables and meat, homemade steak haché, grey peas with bacon, pork ribs, potato pancakes, whipped fool, fruit juice gelatine with milk.

A new section of the walking trail along the sea has been built and an environmental object "Sunset watcher" has been created in Saulkrasti near the White Dune and Sunset Trail. It is a photo object where the newlyweds and every guest of Saulkrasti can capture memories in the symbol of the sun, which is so characteristic of Saulkrasti.

The museum was established in 1973 and has been in the Kalna Ziedi homestead since 1989.  The permanent exhibition is in a building that was erected in 1989 on the foundations of the former home, while the warehouse (1990) was built on the foundations of a cattle shed.  The exhibition hall (2000) was built where a granary once stood.  The only part of the former farm that remains in place is the cellar, but the placement of the buildings is typical for the layout of a farm in Vidzeme.  The collection of the museum speaks to the history of the administrative district, beginning with information about the Stone Age.  The open-air exhibition features beehives with marks of belonging, as well as rare round crosses that are monuments to Medieval cemeteries.  100 metres to the Northeast from the museum is the Kalna Ziedi castle hill, while 200 metres to the south are the remains of a sacrificial oak stump that was destroyed in 1994.  The location is on the edge of the reservoir of the Pļaviņas hydroelectric power plant and offers a broad view of the plant’s dam and the town of Pļaviņas.

The botanic garden is part of the Siauliai University and is the newest and smallest botanical garden in Lithuania, covering 6.54 ha of land. 

Liellopu izsoļu nams ir vienīgais liellopu izsoļu nams Baltijā. Izsoles tiek rīkotas gaļas šķirņu jaunlopiem -  buļļiem un telēm vecumā līdz 12 mēnešiem, regulāri - divas reizes mēnesī. Katru mēnesi izsolēs piedalās vairāk kā 2000 Latvijā audzēti jaunlopi.  

The monument is at the location where the P100 road to Ozolnieki and Jelgava splits away from the A8 highway.  The monument is dedicated to soldiers from the 6th Rīga Infantry Company who perished or disappeared during battles against the army of Bermont on November 17, 1919, near the former Skuju Elementary School.  The monument was designed by Nikolajs Voits, the bas relief was designed by Mārtiņš Šmalcs, and the consultant for the project was the great sculptor Kārlis Zāle.  The monument was unveiled on October 24, 1937, and restored in 2009.
