	Makskeresana un atputa pie dika "Vectautas"	About 20 minutes by car from Sigulda, this is a venue that offers you a chance to go fishing in a pond that covers 3 ha and offers every opportunity for relaxation. You can rent a boat, and during the winter you can go ice fishing. Next to the pond is a two-story house with a kitchen and an opportunity to spend the night as long as you bring your own mattress. There are three rooms on the lower and three on the higher floor of the building. Next to the house is a lean-to, and there is a pergola not far from the pond. The More War Museum is a bit more than half a kilometre away. Also nearby is the Safari Park.
	Brantu manor	Brantu manor is located in Smiltene county, Brantu parish. The manor was built in the 19th century, currently it is managed by Ilze Briede, who is a well-known bread baker in Latvia, and Nauris Zutis - the owner of "Pirts skola" ("Sauna school"). The manor offers workshops with hostesses, excursions, Latvian traditional meals and "Pirts skola" workshop, which includes visit to the sauna, herbal ABC, herbal scrub, tea workshops and "Pirtsslota" ("Bath broom") workshop. Brantu manor also offers various camps for the whole family, to learn about the Latvian way of life and perception of the world.
	Stadu audzetava "Crataegus"	Stādu audzētavas 'Crataegus' dārzs plešas 1,3 hektāru platībā un ar laiku ir kļuvis par īstu augu kolekcijas dārzu, kurā sastopami neparasti un interesanti stādījumi. Tā pamatā ir ilgtspējīgas un videi draudzīgas dārzkopības princips, radot pašpietiekamu un harmonisku vidi. Dārzā aug apmēram 2500 dažādu augu sugu, un katrs tā stūrītis ir veidots tā, lai priecētu acis, sirdi un dvēseli. Tas mainās līdz ar gadalaikiem, piedāvājot ko īpašu jebkurā sezonā – pat ziemā tas spēj pārsteigt ar savu skaistumu. Papildus dekoratīvajiem augiem šeit tiek audzētas arī krūmmellenes, un sezonā ir iespēja baudīt svaigas ogas. Laika gaitā dārzs ir attīstījies, un līdzās tam izveidota arī neliela stādu audzētava.
	Betriebsstätte von sprudelndem Birkensaft BIRZI	Die Betriebsstätte befindet sich auf halbem Weg zwischen Rauna und Smiltene. Die Besucher können die Betriebsräume in einem Keller besichtigen, wo der sprudelnde Birkensaft produziert und gelagert wird. Dabei wird über den Birkensaft erzählt und Videos zur Gewinnung von Säften im Frühjahr gezeigt. Verkostung von Birkensaft, sprudelnden Getränken und Sirup aus Birkensaft. Es wird auch Löwenzahnwein angeboten. Die Produktion von Birzī hat ein Bio-Zertifikat.
	Sparni	The farmstead "Spārni" is located on the Latvian-Lithuanian border, near the Vadakste river. In summer, there are tent and caravan sites for individual travelers and small groups. Picnic opportunity. Fireplace and grill place. Pond and garden goodies. Animal friendly. There are also birch sap, herbal tea with dandelion honey, fruit / berry kvass tastings, opportunities to participate in farm work. The hosts offer excursions arround Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. 	Dvietes istais lauku saldejums	The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.

	Mühlenwirtshaus des Schlosses von Birini	Das Wirtshaus befindet sich am Mühlensee im Park des Schlosses von Birini und bietet eine schöne Aussicht aus seiner Sommerterrasse. Es ist in dem ehemaligen Gebäude der Mühle eingerichtet, wo die Gegenstände der alten Zeiten erhalten worden sind. Lettische Küche: Graue Erbsen mit Speck, Hering mit Kartoffeln, Keramiktopf mit geschmortem Huhn und Kartoffeln, Pfifferlingsoße, geschmortes Kraut mit Jagdwürsten, Apfelkuchen.
	Brauerei VALMIERMUIZAS ALUS	Die alten Traditionen der Valmiermuižas Gastfreundschaft fortführend, laden die neuen Besitzer der Brauerei ein das Landgut mit Umgebung und Brauerei kennenzulernen! Hier wird den Besuchern erklärt und gezeigt, wie die reiche Geschichte von Valmiermuiža die Bierbrauerei beeinflusst hat, und wie man von natürlichen Rohstoffen langsam „lebendiges” Bier braut. Alle können erfahren wie man am besten Bier genießt um dessen richtigen Geschmack zu spüren, und was man am besten dazu isst. Eine Besichtigung ist jeden Tag möglich, mit vorheriger Anmeldung. Der Besuch und das Kosten dauert ungefähr 1,5 h. Das Wirtshaus "Valmiermuižas alus virtuve" popularisiert die Bierkultur in Lettland. Für die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten wird hier Bier als ein passender Bestandteil von Mahlzeiten verwendet. In einer für heutzutage charakteristischen lettischen Art werden von den lokalen Produkten Speisen und Bier-Vorspeisen vorbereitet. Im Sommer ist hier ein Biergarten geöffnet. Hier wird das Traditionelle mit dem Gegenwärtigen verbunden. Lettische Küche: Geräuchertes Schweinefleisch, Filet eines Zanders aus dem See Burtnieks, Püree aus grünen Erbsen. Als Beilagen: Preiselbeeren, Quitten, Kürbisse, Birkensäfte und Steinpilzsoße. Das besondere Gericht: Im unfiltrierten Bier des Winters gehaltene Schweinefleischscheibe.
	Very Berry	Eines der ersten Unternehmen, das angefangen hat, großfrüchtige Moosbeeren und Heidelbeeren in Lettland (seit 1997) zu züchten. Im Moor von Kalni, wo früher Torf gewonnen wurde, wachsen Moosbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Himbeeren und Erdbeeren. Besucher können Beeren sammeln, verkosten und kaufen, sowie an Führungen teilnehmen. Es ist empfehlenswert, die Produktionsabteilung des Unternehmens Very Berry (ungefähr in 3 km Entfernung – in Dārzciems) zu besuchen, wo Säfte, Sirupe und Getränke hergestellt werden!
