	Hostelis "Sili"	Hostel "Sili" is located near Jelgava, in Mežciems. It has 19 rooms, as well as a conference and event hall, fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking (ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pots, pans and kitchen utensils). 	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	The Drubazas farm	After viewing the lovely scenes that are a part of the Drubazi nature trail, which runs along the banks of the Ancient Abava River Valley, the owner offers tastings of homemade wine. He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	Hof "Piekuni", Saunarituale und altlettische Kultur	Auf dem Hof Piekūni werden lettische Saunarituale angeboten, wo den Heilungsprozess mit den Pflanzen Volkslieder und Kräutertees ergänzen. 	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story. 	Laima Ceramics	Welcome to our ceramics workshop, where we’ll be happy to tell you all about the miraculous transformations that occur in the world of ceramics. We offer creative activities in shaping, spinning, sgraffito, a master class in rolled dishes, a common dish with handprints, fish scale vases or bowls, casting your hand in gypsum, and a chance to meet the family of horses that we have. 	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.

	REZIDENCE KURZEME	Die Unterbringung im Gästehaus "Rezidence Kurzeme" erfolgt von gut ausgestatteten Zimmern bis hin zu separaten, gut ausgestatteten Häusern mit Kaminen - Kalna-Haus, Reihenhaus, großes Haus, Familienapartments und Gästehaus. 	Kempings ''Muiznieki''	This well-appointed campsite is on the shore of Lake Usma and in a lovely and neat forested area. Come and relax in heated huts which accommodate six people with all modern conveniences. The guesthouse has a fireplace hall, a sauna, and four rooms to spend the night in. You can take a countryside sauna and rent a jacuzzi. The venue has a volleyball court and a basketball hoop. You can rent rowboats, motorboats, canoes, catamarans and SUP boards. A ferry called “Ņiprais” offers rides around Lake Usma. There’s a playground for children, good places for tents, and very good places for fishing, berry-picking and mushroom hunting. The campsite is in an advantageous place in that several towns in Kurzeme are nearby.
	GETRÄNKE-PRODUKTIONSSTÄTTE „ZILVER“	Ein Familienbetrieb in Sigulda, der Obstbäume anbaut und aus deren Früchten verschiedene Getränke produziert. Bei der Verkostung werden Blumen-, Beeren-, Obstweine, das alkoholfreie festliche Getränk „Rabarber“, Brandy mit einem Apfel in der Flasche und für einen historischen Geschmack Allažu Ķimelis angeboten.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. 	Heimarbeitermarkt MARKT DER LOKALEN PRODUKTE VON STRAUPE	Der Markt befindet sich in Straupe, Gemeinde Zirgi. Der Markt arbeitet unter dem Markennamen Earth Markets der renommierten internationalen Organisation Slow Food. Angeboten werden gute und reine Produkte, die in gutem Glauben angebaut werden, um die Nachhaltigkeit des Landes, das lokale Wissen und die Traditionen zu erhalten. Während der Öffnungszeiten des Marktes serviert die Küche von Straupe Zirgu pasts köstliche Speisen nach lettischen Traditionen, die aus lokalen Produkten zubereitet werden.
	Hof "Juri", Käse der Region Latgale	In der geerbten Wirtschaft (Wohnhaus aus Holz mit dekorativen Zargen und Fensterläden) stellen die Wirte nach alten und modernen Rezepten Käse aus der Milch her, die aus den auf diesem Hof gezüchteten Kühen gemolken wird. Die Besucher können hier Milch, Sauermilch, Buttermilch und andere Milchprodukte verkosten, sowie den Herstellungsprozess beocbachten und an dem Prozess teilnehmen.
	Film city Cinevilla	The biggest and the most impressive public decoration in the open air which was originally built in 2004 as the set for the film „The guards of Riga”and later as the set for the film directed by J.Streich „Rudolf’s inheritance”. Here you will also find the weapon museum Arsenal (contains weapons of different periods, uniforms and household goods), as well as the bakery "Laci".
	The IKS Park	The IKS Park organisation offers rural joy, playing around and relaxing at the edge of a forest. Visitors can engage in crafts, learn about medicinal plants from Latvia in an interactive way and also learn about the properties of same. There are two different territories. One is an open-air exhibition of medicinal plants, with six beds of various plants. Visitors are invited to stroll through the garden and learn about plants that might be useful and appropriate for them. There is also room for mini-football, a barefoot trail, an “ant trail” that is a relay race with various steps, a pergola and a class to teach about nature. Second, there is a small farm with workshops and a mini zoo. Under a large canopy or in a cosy fireplace hall, visitors can try their hand at traditional and modern Latvian crafts. There is also a chance to play various games, some of which are quite ancient, indeed. Master craftsmen at the farm offer practical activities that allow visitors to produce their own souvenirs. Class topics include weaving of blankets from plants, jewellery making, soap making, grinding of flour, etc.
	Imantas tirgus	This is a farmers’ market with direct links between farms, homesteads and consumers. Use your five senses at the Imanta Market, and you will realise that you are in a place where the flavours of Latvia’s regions intermingle.
	Restaurant "Laucu akmens"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Rande einer Steilküste und bietet während des Sonnenuntergangs von seiner Sommerterrasse eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Das Restaurant arbeitet mit Fischern zusammen. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Fischsuppe, Graupengrütze, graue Erbsen mit Speck und Zwiebeln, Hering mit Kartoffeln und Quark, geschichtetes Roggenbrot-Dessert, dünne Pfannkuchen mit Marmelade, Sorbet aus Rhabarbern oder Sanddornbeeren. Das besondere Gericht: Fischgerichte aus Wemgallen, Zandern, Barschen, Flundern, Lachsen und Strömlingen.
	Café "Mikelis"	Das Café befindet sich im Erholungskomplex Miķelis (am Ufer des Flusses Musa), wo man einen typischen Bauernhof aus dem 19. - 20. Jh. und das Fahrzeugmuseum besichtigen kann. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Salat der Stadt Valmiera, gebratene Ostseeflunder, Kartoffelpfannkuchen, Erdbeersuppe mit Eis. Das besondere Gericht: Die besonderen Speisen von Bauska, Schnitzel Miķelis.
