Die Study Tours in zwei geografischen Teilen Lettlands widmen sich dem Roggenbrot - dem Symbol der Letten. Neben den Traditionen des Backens und Essens von Roggenbrot  bieten sie auch einen Einblick in den Weg des Roggenkorns von der Geschichte bis in die Gegenwart, sowie Information über die Sehenswürdigkeiten und landwirtschaftliche Betriebe verschiedener Regionen.

Diese Studienreise ist für Gruppen und können an jeden Kunden angepasst werden, je nach seinen Bedürfnissen, Interessen und Zeitrahmen. Touren beinhalten: Treffen mit Experten, Besuche, touristische Dienstleistungen - Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Besichtigungen, Busvermietung und Reiseleiter.

Die Tour ist in Kooperation mit dem Lettischen Bäckerverband (Latvijas Maiznieku biedrība) entwickelt.

The Krimulda Castle was built in the latter half of the 13th century.  It was located where the right bank of the ancient Gauja River valley is split by the deep Vikmeste ravine.  The castle was owned by the council of archbishops from Rīga, and it was an impressive structure with a large interior courtyard and a defensive wall that was 1.5 m thick.  The Swedish military blew up the castle when retreating in 1601.  Today the castle hill is forested, and only a small fragment of the castle wall can still be seen.  It is near the ruins that you will find the Sigulda aerial tram and the Krimulda serpentine road – the only object of its kind in the Baltic States.

The organic farm Zemturi is a 30 min drive from Kuldiga. The farm is mainly engaged in breeding rabbits and is designed as a place for children to see, learn about rabbits, birds and other pets. The hosts have created two thematic trails, one for pets and poultry and the other for trees and flowers. Sauna lovers have access to the sauna, also fishing opportunities can be used. The private museum of antiquities of Zigurds Safranovičš was founded in May 2010. The collection of the museum contains around 50 thousand objects, of which 99% of exhibits have been donated. The oldest and rarest, according to legend, 300-year-old item – Ernst Glick's refrigerator.

The monument of national meaning is located in the village Stari 450 m from Atspuki mill, 70 mto the Southeast from the ruins of Jumpravmuiža. Seinen Namen erhielt das quadratische Bauwerk mit den 2 Meter dicken Mauern in der Zeit Herzog Jakobs, denn hier wurde Schießpulver gelagert. Möglicherweise befand sich dort das Brunnenhäuschen, denn das Grundwasser reicht an dieser Stelle sehr nahe an die Oberfläche. Den Pulverturm verband eine 12 m lange Brücke auf einem einzigen Pfeiler mit dem Vogtgang des Schlosses.Heute ist der Turm nur von außen zu besichtigen.
