	''Upenite''	Der Hof "Upenite" befindet sich am südlichen Ufer des Sees Cirisa ezers. Ein ausgezeichneter Bio-Hof, auf dem lettgallische Traditionen gepflegt, Milchprodukte (auch Käse) hergestellt, einheimische Kulturpflanzen (diese kann man auch erwerben) angebaut und die lettgallische Rauchsauna angeboten werden, in der als Saunameister die Wirte arbeiten. Meisterkurse im Backen von Torten organisiert. Lettische Küche: Bauernsuppe (Fleischbrühe mit Grützen), gefüllte Kartoffelpfannkuchen Gulbešnīki, Kartoffelwürste (geriebene unreife Kartoffeln mit gebratenem Schweinfleisch und Zwiebeln), schwarze Johannisbeeren mit Schlagsahne, Kümmelstangen, Kräutertees, Quark mit Sauerrahm, Pfannkuchen aus Sauermilch. Das besondere Gericht: Im Ofen gebackener Karpfen oder gebackene Schleie aus dem eigenen Teich.

	Abgunstes muiza	Abgunste Manor is an 18th-century Baroque-style building, located a 25-minute drive from Jelgava. 	Backen von Sklandrausis (Kuchen aus Roggenteig und Karotten) USI	Eines der ersten Häuser in Kolka, 1,2 km vom Kap Kolka entfernt, das der nördlichste Punkt in Kurland ist und die Ostsee von der Bucht von Riga trennt. Hier wird die Vorbereitung des traditionellen nordkurländischen süßen Gerichtes – Sklandrauši – gezeigt, sowie eine Führung für Fußgänger Spaziergang in die industrielle Geschichte von Kolka mit theatralischen Elementen und eine Verkostung der besten Sprotten aus Lettland angeboten. 	Bauernwirtschaft "Dzintarlaci"	Ab Ende August wird hier die Möglichkeit angeboten, Sanddorne zu sammeln und zu verkosten, sowie den gesunden Saft aus diesen Beeren zu kaufen. Ab Ende April bis Anfang Juni kann man hier eine Sammlung von Tulpen (> 200 Sorten) besichtigen und deren Knollen kaufen.
	DARE Relax in the meadow	Relax among natural meadows at Antiņciems, which is part of the Ķemeri National Park. 	KUKUZES	The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga. We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond. Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax. The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids. Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed. There are also cribs for babies. You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts. We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products. An Internet link and television are both available. Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond. During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children. During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.
	Lettgallishes Bier „Kolnaseta“	Das Motto der Wirtschaft ist: „Hier wird echtes lettgallisches Bier gebraut!“ Die Besucher können an dem Prozess des Bierbrauens teilnehmen, einer Erzählung über Traditionen zuhören und fertiges Produkt verkosten. Zum Bier bietet der Wirt ländliche Leckereien in der lettgallischen Art an.
	Fischerhof DIENINAS	Die Wirte sind Fischer schon in der dritten Generation. Gruppen von Touristen werden hier Kulturveranstaltungen mit Verkostungen von nahrhaften Fischen angeboten: Stiefelwerfen am Strand, Erzählungen von Fischerfrauen, eine theatralische Vorführung, Räuchern von Fischen. Lettische Küche: Getrocknete und geräucherte Fische, heiß geräucherte Aalmutter und andere Fische, die nach den in der Familie geerbten lokalen Rezepten vorbereitet sind.
	"Arpus laika"	The name of the house is ‘Ārpus Laika’ and it means ‘Beyond Time’. The family has created a landscape park and they practice green living in a dome house designed by themselves. The family also manufactures garden furniture and hammocks. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful park and a pond full of frogs and fishes. The surrounding landscape of the park with a pergola, a bridge, a forest and fields creates a very tranquil countryside atmosphere that can be experienced just a short drive away from the capital city. The hostess makes wines and offers tasting of different sorts. She also demonstrates cooking of traditional Latvian desserts. The place is also popular for weddings and post-wedding photo sessions.
	Strautmali	The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31.
	Hof Licisi, Ziegenzüchter	Dieser Hof ist eine der ersten und größten Ziegenzüchtereien in Lettland. Während der Führung kann man der fesselnden Erzählung des Wirtes über die Ziegenzüchtung und die Herstellung von Ziegenmilchprodukten (Milch, Käse, Kefir) zuhören, die man hier auch kaufen und verkosten kann. In Lettland gibt es seit der Jahrhundertwende 19.-20. Jh. eine einheimische Ziegenrasse.
	Kräutertees und Honig TURAIDAS	Auf dem Hof werden aus Melisse, Himbeeren, Rainfarn, Frauenmantel, Wegerich und Lindenblüten Kräuterteemischungen und Teebeutel hergestellt (als Souvenirs oder Geschenk). Es gibt eine Imkerei. Die Hausherrin erzählt vom Leben auf dem Land, bietet Führungen zu Heilpflanzen und Imkerei an und zeigt, wie man traditionelle Gehege baut, bietet Verkostungen und Hofverkauf. Der Hof ist als Biohof zertifiziert, sodass großes Augenmerk auf gesunder Lebensführung liegt. Den Kunden werden folgende Tees geboten: Himbeere, Schwarze Johannisbeere, Lindenblüte, Mädesüß, Schafgarbe, Birkenblätter, Weiße Taubnessel usw.
	ZAKI	Am Teich in Jaunjelgava befinden sich eine Landsauna und ein Dampfbad, im 1. Stock ist ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Gästehaus verfügt über einen Whirlpool im Freien, einen Spielplatz für Kinder und einen Tennisplatz.
	Gaststätte REDERI	Das Gasthaus befindet sich in Kaltene, im Hotel Rēderi. In diesem Gebäudekomplex sind sehr erfolgreich die moderne Architektur mit den Elementen der alten Küstenhäuser verbunden. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Hering mit Kartoffeln, graue Erbsen mit Schweinebrust nach kurländischem Geschmack, Pilzsoße mit Kartoffeln, Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit Marmelade oder Sauerrahm, Erdbeersuppe. Das besondere Gericht: Der Zaubertopf von Kaltene mit Schweinefleisch und Pilzen.

He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
