Здания усадьбы сильно пострадали во время Первой мировой войны. Во время первой независимости усадьба стала образцовой, однако во время Второй мировой войны было сожжено жилое здание. В 2007 году были начаты работы по восстановлению комплекса Мазмежотне. Мазмежотне – окруженное природой место для отдыха гостей на холме долины берегов Лиелупе, которое предлагает ночлег, питание, место для торжеств, мероприятий и семинаров, а для любителей активного отдыха и любителей природы – катание на велосипедах, лодках и прогулки по природной тропе и окружающим тропам. Отдельное здание - старый сарай прекрасно отреставрирован и подходит для проведения торжеств, концертов. Старая сыроварня переделана в баню с джакузи, гостиной, террасой. At present, the old fisherman's farm is ready to welcom guests for overnight stays in wooden houses: 2 four-bed houses with 2 rooms, 1 six-bed house with 3 rooms, an old fisherman's house - Vilma's house (for 6-8 persons) and a sauna house (for 6-8 persons). For events - a fisherman's barn (70-100 people) and an event terrace (up to 30 people). Sauna and hot tub with LED lights and hydromassage.
