	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	BAUMSCHULE „LIEPAS“	Die Bauernwirtschaft "Liepas” die sich in Dobele befindet ist eine dynamisch wachsende Pflanzenzucht, die sich auf Obstbäume, Beerensträucher und Rosenpflanzen spezialisiert. Im Angebot steht ein umfangreiches Angebot an selbst gezüchteten, qualitativen, den lettischen Klimabedingungen angepassten Obstbaum-, Rosen- und Beerenstrauchmaterial. Den Besuchern werden die Pflanzen in Containern sowie der Kennenlerngarten gezeigt, wo man sehen kann, wie der kleine Obstbaum erwachsen aussieht. Im Frühling kann man im Garten die Blütezeit genießen, und im Sommer und Herbst Kirschen, Pflaumen, Äpfel und Birnen kosten. Die pflanzen kann man auch kaufen.
	CIDRE-MOSTEREI „MR.PLUME“	Māris und Dace Plūme beschäftigen sich seit 2010 mit der Cidre-Herstellung in Jumprava, nachdem sie Erfahrungen in den besten Cidre-Mostereien in Frankreich und Österreich gesammelt hatten. Die Getränke der Cidre-Mosterei „Mr.Plūme“ sind beim internationalen Cidre-Wettbewerb SISGA in Spanien mehrmals mit Goldmedaillen ausgezeichnet worden.

	The Viesturi mini-zoo of exotic birds	Here you will find African ostriches, a South American rhea, an Australian emu, pearl hens, pheasants and peacocks. You can purchase ostrich and other eggs, as well as souvenirs made of eggs and feathers.

	Bungalow Niedras	Bungalow Niedras is located in Jūrmala, 1.9 km from Jūrmala Beach. It offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, free bicycles and free private parking. 	The Virzas ceramics workshop	The craftspeople produce interesting clay cups with text, drawings and animal figurines inside them. You can take a tour, watch the specialists at work, and engrave your own texts on dishware. You can also use gypsum moulds to create small animals, work with a potter’s wheel, purchase souvenirs, and order products for yourself.
	The IKS Park	The IKS Park organisation offers rural joy, playing around and relaxing at the edge of a forest. Visitors can engage in crafts, learn about medicinal plants from Latvia in an interactive way and also learn about the properties of same. There are two different territories. One is an open-air exhibition of medicinal plants, with six beds of various plants. Visitors are invited to stroll through the garden and learn about plants that might be useful and appropriate for them. There is also room for mini-football, a barefoot trail, an “ant trail” that is a relay race with various steps, a pergola and a class to teach about nature. Second, there is a small farm with workshops and a mini zoo. Under a large canopy or in a cosy fireplace hall, visitors can try their hand at traditional and modern Latvian crafts. There is also a chance to play various games, some of which are quite ancient, indeed. Master craftsmen at the farm offer practical activities that allow visitors to produce their own souvenirs. Class topics include weaving of blankets from plants, jewellery making, soap making, grinding of flour, etc.
	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.
	Bogshoeing	If you are looking for an unusual landscape and longing for silence, head to one of Latvia’s bogs. While in some European countries natural bogs have almost disappeared, you will be able to enjoy walks full of silence in pristine bogs in Latvia. No cars, people, bells and whistles surrounding you. It is the best antidepressant in the world and a great place to recharge. Bogshoes are like snowshoes – except you wear them in bogs when there is no snow. Bogshoes have been used to walk on wetlands throughout the times. These footwear allow us access to the places where it is hard or even impossible to reach by foot. What makes it especially great is that bogshoeing does not require any special knowledge or skills. It is simple and suitable for people of all ages who can move around by foot.
	OLGAS MUIZA	The leisure house “Olgas Muiža” is found in a lovely place in the Valmiera Administrative District. Guests are offered a house with all that’s necessary to enjoy countryside leisure peacefully and unhurriedly whether it is winter or summer. Guests can enjoy the rituals of a sauna, stroll through orchards, and use a gazebo for a picnic with a view of the pond. People who enjoy active leisure can go fishing in the ponds of the estate or go horseback riding. The guesthouse is good for private relaxation, as well as for corporate events and seminars.
	Kurzemnieku Pirts	“Kurzemnieku pirts” (Courlandian Sauna) is found in the Priekule parish and offers individual sauna rituals led by a certified sauna master. This can be for one person, a couple, or a small group of people who enjoy a sauna. The Latvian ritual will created positive emotions for experienced sauna users and for those who are only just preparing to learn about the sauna. 	Musu Avenes	“We educate, create feelings and inspire people.” Those are the key concepts of the “Mūsu avenes” raspberry farm. The farm specialises in summer and autumn raspberries, but it also grows quince, honeysuckle, mulberry, rhubarb and various seasonal vegetables. Owners of the farm began to offer informative and interactive tours in 2023. Learn how the farm is run, what it bases its work on, and how it ensures bio-economics and a circulation economy. You’ll also learn details about how to grow and pick raspberries. A special mood is created by a cupola tent at the farm which offers visitors a chance to enjoy and unrivalled surrounding landscape. You can rent the cupola for a special and unusual site for celebrations or a photo session. The cupola on the raspberry farm will be an excellent choice.
	GETRÄNKE-PRODUKTIONSSTÄTTE „ZILVER“	Ein Familienbetrieb in Sigulda, der Obstbäume anbaut und aus deren Früchten verschiedene Getränke produziert. Bei der Verkostung werden Blumen-, Beeren-, Obstweine, das alkoholfreie festliche Getränk „Rabarber“, Brandy mit einem Apfel in der Flasche und für einen historischen Geschmack Allažu Ķimelis angeboten.
	Kalniem pari	Viesu nams "Kalniem pāri" atrodas Saldus novadā 5 hektāru plašā teritorijā. Tajā pieejami divi trīs istabu apartamenti, kuri aprīkoti ar virtuvi un labierīcībām (16 personām), kā arī četras divvietīgas istabas (8 personām). Kopā iespējams izguldīt 24 personas. Tāpat ir pieejama arī svinību zāle līdz 24 personām un labiekārtota virtuve. Teritorijā atrodas lapene ar lauka kamīnu, grils un ugunskura vieta, kubls un mūsdienīga pirts ar saunu meža dīķa malā. 	Karpu dikis "Kastos"	The pond covers 2.3 ha, and its average depth is 4m. Since 2013, it has been home to carps, tench, catfish, crucian, pike, roach, perch and other types of fish. There are also two kinds of crabs in the pond. The territory offers not just the joy of fishing, but also relaxation for the whole family. Room for tents and picnics, a special swimming area, lavatory facilities and various attractions. You can rent fishing poles, crabbing baskets and boats, and you can buy everything that you will need for a lovely picnic.
	Subrakkrasti	Guest house "Šubrakkrasti" is located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. Guests have access to 7 rooms of different sizes and comfort, a sauna, a lounge, a ballroom and a wide range of leisure facilities. There is a shared lounge with a fireplace and a TV. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen for preparing meals. In summer, tent, caravan and camper sites are also available. An array of activities are offered in the area, such as cycling, fishing, meadow golf, hiking, campfire soup and more. "Šubrakkrasti" is also a non-standard farm, which offers excursions - both for guest house guests and groups of tourists and students. During the tour you will get acquainted with the history of the house (previously there was a dairy), the owner of the house Raimonds Aizstrauts - factory equipment production workshop, his motorsports (four-time USSR champion in motorsports) and works on CNC and laser engraving equipment. Walk through the well-groomed countryside, which includes a mountain with a serpentine road, landscaped gardens, ponds, etc. There are also creative workshops - a soap maker or gift box making.
