	Gaststätte MEKE	Das authentisch aussehende Wirtshaus ist in einem 105 Jahre alten Stall eingerichtet. Im Angebot des Wirtshauses sind solche Gerichte und Getränke, die früher viel gegessen wurden, z.B. Graupengrütze, Sauerampfersuppe, dickflüssige Kürbissuppe, graue Erbsen, Piroggen mit Speck und Hausbranntwein! Lettische Küche: Ampfersuppe mit Grützen, kalte Suppe, Rindfleischklops, Gericht aus Lammfleisch und Gemüsen, Graupen mit geräuchertem Fleisch und Pilzen, Hering mit Quark, Brotsuppe. Das besondere Gericht: Graupengrütze mit gebratenem Speck und die würzigen Würste von Meke.
	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story. It invites you to go along, enjoy, explore, remember, dream and relax, rinsing the waves of the Daugava, in complete peace, enjoying the sounds of nature and the stories of an audio guide. The boat can accommodate up to 20 guests on board. Route: Likteņdārzs - Koknese Lutheran Church - Koknese Castle Ruins - Perse River - Likteņdārzs Amphitheater - Likteņdārzs. The boat can also be booked for events such as birthdays, weddings, etc. Flight times can be viewed and tickets can be purchased on the website, as well as on board.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. 	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Das Weingut "LAUSKIS" wurde im Jahre 2019 gegründet und liegt in der Gemeinde Ledmane, im dortigen Gutshof Krape. Ein 300 Jahre alter Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes beherbergt das Weingut. Der Name "LAUSKIS" wurde zu Ehren des Herren Vilis Lauskis verliehen, dem Urgroßvater des Weingutbesitzers Vents Grinbaums. Vor etwa 100 Jahren hat der bekannte Obstgärtner – Vilis Lauskis Obstbäume und Beerensträuche angepflanzt. Die Früchte dieser über Generationen gepflegten Pflanzen dienen heute als wertvoller biologischer Naturstoff und verleihen dem Wein eine exquisite Qualität. Die Tour bietet Weinproben und Erfrischungen im 300 Jahre alten Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes, die von Geheimnissen und Geistergeschichten begleitet werden. Einblicke in den Weinherstellungsprozess erhalten Sie direkt durch den Eigentümer des Weinguts. Nach der Weinprobe können Sie unter riesigen betagten Eichen durch den alten Park des Gutshofs Krape spazieren und die schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss bewundern.

	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	Agave	Das Gästehaus Agave befindet sich in der Region Līgatne, 6 km von Augšlīgatne, 18 km von Sigulda und 56 km von Riga entfernt, an einem schönen, ruhigen und landschaftlich reizvollen Ort im Nationalpark Gauja. Den Gästen werden komfortable Cottages, eine schöne 100 m2 große Halle (30-40 Pers.) Mit TV und Musikzentrum, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Sauna mit beheizter Badewanne und die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen in einem Teich angeboten. Es gibt eine Terrasse, einen Kamin und einen Grill. Große Fläche für Sport und andere Aktivitäten. 	Pincikajas	“Pincikājas” offers a sauna and a place for leisure in a lovely place on the banks of Lake Sudals. A certified masseur and sauna master is on hand to organise sauna-related rituals. You will relax in the jacuzzi that is outside the sauna, or go swimming in the lake. Enjoy a period of leisure or take part in sports, camping or parties for your team at work. There are accommodations for up to 11 people on the mansard floor of the main building. Boats and SUP boards are available to rent. There is space for tenting and room for parties with up to 30 participants. There is a place for swimming, as well as a playground for children.
	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.
	The potter Ineta Dzirkale	The potter produces candelabras, dishes and whistles that you can buy at the workshop. She also accepts commissions for new products. You can work with your own clay and take the resulting product home with you as a souvenir.
	Bogshoeing	If you are looking for an unusual landscape and longing for silence, head to one of Latvia’s bogs. While in some European countries natural bogs have almost disappeared, you will be able to enjoy walks full of silence in pristine bogs in Latvia. No cars, people, bells and whistles surrounding you. It is the best antidepressant in the world and a great place to recharge. Bogshoes are like snowshoes – except you wear them in bogs when there is no snow. Bogshoes have been used to walk on wetlands throughout the times. These footwear allow us access to the places where it is hard or even impossible to reach by foot. What makes it especially great is that bogshoeing does not require any special knowledge or skills. It is simple and suitable for people of all ages who can move around by foot.
	KUKUZES	The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga. We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond. Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax. The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids. Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed. There are also cribs for babies. You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts. We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products. An Internet link and television are both available. Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond. During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children. During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.
	Hof Vaidelotes, alte Rituale und Traditionen	Auf dem Hof werden die altlettische Kultur popularisiert, alte Rituale ausgeführt und lettische Gerichte Grützen, Piroggen, gefüllte Klöße und Blechkuchen angeboten, die zum Kulturerbe zählen. Diese Gerichte werden aus grob gemahlenem Getreide vorbereitet, das auf dem Hof gezüchtet wird. Erwerb von Tees, Gewürzen und anderen Produkten. Lettische Küche: Suppen, Kornbreie, süße Speisen, Piroggen, Blechkuchen und ländliche Torten. Das besondere Gericht: Teigtaschen aus grob gemahlenem Vollkornmehl mit Quark und Speck.
	Kafejnica "Baltais Gulbis"	“Baltais Gulbis” is a café that opened on May 6, 2023. The café offers a meal after a lovely visit to Likteņdārzs (Destiny Garden). The café is next to the meeting house in Koknese and the place where the “Gulbis” yacht stops. Tasty coffee, refreshing drinks, snacks, hearty luncheons, ice cream and other goodies.
	Garikas	This is the first farm in Latvia which began to grow mushrooms. Informative tours are available, advice is given, and guests are treated with the “emperor mushroom” sauce or soup. You can also order other foods which involve shitake mushrooms or purchase them in dry or powdered form. The owner also produces an ancient herbal beverage called “Ponšo,” and it is only available at Garīkas.
	Hof "Juri", Käse der Region Latgale	In der geerbten Wirtschaft (Wohnhaus aus Holz mit dekorativen Zargen und Fensterläden) stellen die Wirte nach alten und modernen Rezepten Käse aus der Milch her, die aus den auf diesem Hof gezüchteten Kühen gemolken wird. Die Besucher können hier Milch, Sauermilch, Buttermilch und andere Milchprodukte verkosten, sowie den Herstellungsprozess beocbachten und an dem Prozess teilnehmen.

	„BALTAS ANEMONES“	Das Erholungsheim „Baltās anemones“ befindet sich an einer landschaftlich sehr reizvollen Stelle, am rechten Ufer der Lielupe in der Nähe von Mežotne. Vom Staudamm im Fluss neben dem Erholungsheim hat man eine hervorragende Sicht auf den Aufschluss von Ziedoni am linken Flussufer und auf die Dolomitsteine im Park von Mežotne auf der rechten Flussseite. In den Hängen zur Lielupe sind Beete angelegt, wo Gemüse angebaut wird: Kürbisse, Gurken, Salat, Tomaten, Rote Beete, Kartoffeln und auch Gewürzpflanzen. Zudem wurde ein Garten mit Obstbäumen und Beerensträuchern angelegt. Neben einem breiten Angebot im Hofladen werden Führungen durch die Felder des Hofes angeboten.
	Mini zoo Priedites	The “Priedītes” Mini Zoo farm is in the Limbaži Administrative District and offers visitors a chance to get close to farm animals. Learn all about each kind of animal and its habits. Visit our rabbit garden where you will see some 40 hopping around, though there are some 100 in all. There are dwarf goats, sheep, a cow, some chickens and special tinker horses from Ireland. Horseback riding is available.
	Haus der Traditionen "Zvanitaji" in Rucava	In dem am Ende des 19. Jhs. gebauten hölzernen Haus, das zu einem Museum umgewandelt ist, kann man das Leben der Menschen kennenlernen, die vor mehr als 100 Jahren gewohnt haben. Hier kann man Haushaltsgegenstände, die dem Kreis Rucava charakteristische Tracht, Socken und Muster von Handschuhen besichtigen. Hier werden Abendversammlungen und Veranstaltungen organisiert, auf denen die Teilnehmer singen, spielen, tanzen und nützliche Dinge weben, sowie Bildungsprogramme Abendversammlung und Ehrenmahlzeit von Rucava mit niederkurländischen Gerichten angeboten. Lettische Küche: Brotlaibe, Sauergrütze, selbstgebackenes Brot, Honig, Kräutertee.
