Tā kā siers tiek ražots pilsētas teritorijā, piens tiek iepirkts. Sieriem ar samazinātu sāls daudzumu un Jāņu sieram pienu iepērk no piena pārstrādes uzņēmuma “Straupe”. Bezlaktozes sieriem pienu iepērk no AS “Jaunpils pienotava”. Savukārt olas tiek iegādātas no Ropažu zemnieku saimniecības “Rasas”.
