Slītere National Park offers various forest trails, where you’ll breathe in the fresh pinewood air, or experience one of the prepared bike routes. The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga.  We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond.  Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax.  The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids.  Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed.  There are also cribs for babies.  You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts.

We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products.  An Internet link and television are both available.  Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond.  During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children.  During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.

“Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.
