Military Objects’ Usage Guidelines – introduce the successful European practice and promote the usage of Latvian military heritage in the development of new tourism products. Summary in English see here. Final version of the guidelines will be presented in 2011.

Information published about 7 newly established sea protected areas of NATURA 2000 in the Baltic Sea and Riga Bay.

Touring route - Military heritage and environment of Kurzeme
. Tour description available in Latvian, English, German and Russian.

Database of military heritage objects and sites created. Personal stories of historical actions, present condition of military heritage and personal memories attached to the data base. Description of the data base development see here.

Data base of nature protected areas and NATURA 2000 sites updated

Developed criteria for evaluation of military heritage objects suitability for tourism use.
