В этом маршруте акцент поставлен на продукты, проверенные веками – ржаной хлеб и пиво. Однако путь ведет через дворцы и поместья разных веков. Впечатляющей кажется реконструкция деревянного Земгальского замка 12-го века, построенного в наши дни, также как построенное в 16-м веке и сейчас вернувшее былую честь поместье Кукшу. В маршрут включен осмотр хозяйства по выращиванию грибов шиитаке, в котором хозяева предлагают насладиться этими ценные грибы в разном виде.
