открыты для посетителей и предлагают экскурсии, попробовать, осмотреть и приобрести свои изделия. Там можно увидеть домашних животных, современные сельские хозяйства, мастерские ремесленников, приобрести сельскохозяйственные продукты – хлеб, мед, домашнее вино и 
пиво, сыр, ягоды, фрукты, рыбу, мясо, овощи, чаи и другие, выращенные 
в деревне дары. По дороге можно отобедать в сельских корчмах. 

Примерное время прохождения маршрута: четыре – пять дней, в зависимости от количества выбранных достопримечательностей и времени, отведенного для их осмотра.

The craftsman produces wooden dishware and other products, making use of many local species of trees. The technique is unusual and reveals the specific texture of timber. The artist has masterfully integrated amber, bone and animal horn in his dishware. He also engraves spoons with ethnographic signs. You can commission or purchase products from the master craftsman, who also restores wooden furniture.

This is an ancient Liv village, known as Mustanumm is the last village in the south-easterly direction, and during the mid-20th century, just a few Livonians lived there.  Of 307 inhabitants in 1935, only 15 were Livonians.  At the beginning of the 19th century, there were six farms and a lagoon here, but at the end of the century there were 63 farms.  The valley of the Baķupīte River and the sea had remnants of pilings that provided evidence about a Medieval port.  Legends say that the sea robber Trommel had a castle on the left bank of the river during the 14th century.  Sailing ships were once built in the region, as well. Two locations of cultural and historical importance in Melnsils are the ancient cult location that is the Baķi castle hill, and the castle hill of a sea pirate Trommel.

Since the 1970s, these ruins have been on a small (100 m long) island that is part of the reservoir of the Rīga hydroelectric power plant.  The island is named after St Meinhard and the ruins are part of the oldest stone building in Latvia.  Work on the church began in 1184, but it was rebuilt and sacked several times, most recently in 1916.  The ruins have been conserved and are protected by a metal cover.  The shores of the island have been strengthened.  The 10 metre metal cross on the island was designed by E. Samovičs, while the stone altar was sculpted by J. Karlobs.

The restaurant is alongside the Villa Elizabete guesthouse with a summer terrace and a fireplace room and library where diners can enjoy their meals when it is cold outside.

Валообразные дюны - кангары и заболоченные впадины между ними – виги, которые видны с тропы, были тесно связаны с повседневной жизнью ливов, и у каждого из них есть собственное ливское название. Тропа протяженностью 3,5 км знакомит с уникальным для Европы ландшафтом кангаров-виг, который образовался около 6000 лет назад при отступлении моря.

No 2015. gada Briežos dzīvo arī dambrieži un briedis Munžaks. Pēc pastaigas zoodārzā, iepriekš piesakot, iespējams izmantot piknika vietas un bērnu rotaļu laukumus.
