Alise Zarina’s organic farm PILSGRAVAS

The organic farm, located next to Rūjiena Hillfort and the River Rūja, produces organic goat’s milk cheeses.
Cheeses: A range of goat’s milk cheeses, including fresh goat’s cheese, fresh goat’s cream, cheese with garlic, fresh goat’s cheese with hemp, smoked goat’s cheese, and goat’s cheese in oil with roasted hemp seeds.
