Home cheese
Home cheese is an unripened cow's milk cheese with a smooth texture. It has a cottage cheese flavor with a light saltiness. Available without additives or with garlic, dill, mixed seeds, sweet clover, caraway, basil and tomatoes. Available at Slow Food Straupe and Cēsis Market.
