The restaurant is located in the first five-star hotel located outside the cities in Latvia, in a beautiful place with a story and a future - in Amatciems.

 Chefs use local, natural products to prepare meals and serve them with a contemporary interpretation and an emphasis on taste and quality.

The restaurant is at the bridge across the Salaca River, offering traditional Latvian dishes, as well as dishes from other European countries.

Latvian cuisine: Sprats with egg, fish soup, farmer’s breakfast, cooked butter beans, chicken livers with mashed potatoes, Kurzeme stroganoff, potted farmer’s stew, crepes and potato pancakes with potatoes, stacked rye bread.

Special foods: Homemade sheet pastry.

The restaurant is alongside the Salacgrīva Tourism Information Centre, in an historical ice cellar for fish. The interior design is based on seamanship.

Latvian cuisine: Cold beet soup, sea fish soup, fish and vegetable casserole, chocolate sausage, pancakes with strawberry jam, kvass.

Special foods: Baked and grilled fish – perch, plaice, pike-perch.

The bakery and cafe in Saulkrasti – not far from Saulkrasti railway station. The baker offers pierogi, cakes and other baked goods, as well as dishes for all meals. A second café can be found at Raiņa Street 7 in Saulkrasti.

Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, potato salad, sauerkraut, homemade steak haché, grey peas and bacon.

Special foods: Pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
