PELDMĀJA - it's life on the water in Pavilosta. The accommodation consists of six separate cabins on the Saka River, assigned to the international alphabet signs Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot, often used in maritime navigation. Each house has a spacious living room with a combined kitchen, living and bedroom, and a semi-detached floor with extra beds. Each cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the Saka River. The cottages are for 4 people, but there is also a possibility to fold the 5th bed.

"Royal Club 13" - comfortable accommodation, located in a picturesque and quiet part of Jurmala. The accommodation is perfect for events of any format, weddings, corporate parties, birthday parties, business meetings. Guests are offered a hall for 25 and more people, where various games can be held, such as Quiz, Music evenings, Stand-up evenings, sports events in the company, etc. There is a spacious bedroom and several separate rooms for relaxing or talking, as well as 4 bathrooms and a living room. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and each bathroom has a shower. There is also a spa area and a sauna with a pool.

In the complex there is parking, wireless internet, garden, lounge / TV room, garden furniture, picnic area and other facilities.

The self-service apartment "Zaļais namiņš" is located in the city center. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it has one isolated bedroom with a double bed, a living room with access to other sleeping places, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare food and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment has a balcony with a smoking area, as well as a parking space. Wi-Fi, TV, radio and DVD are available at the accommodation.

Guests have access to alfresco dining. Guests can use the barbecue facilities. Grocery delivery can be arranged. There is a bar on the first floor, where you can taste various beers produced in Latvia, as well as rent bicycles. Bicycles can be rented at the accommodation, bicycle service, bicycle parts shop.

Pets are allowed for additional fee.

Kaņiera ezers ir viens no putniem bagātākajiem Latvijas ezeriem, tādēļ Lapmežciemā var novērot desmitiem dažādu, tai skaitā, retu putnu. Katru atpūtas māju nosaukta un arī veidota saistībā ar kādu no apkārtnē sastopamajiem putniem.

Jau no 2021. gada aprīļa Baložu ģimenes uzņēmums piedāvā   arī naktsmītnes – 3 labiekārtotas atpūtas mājiņas Lapmežciemā, kur klusā meža ielokā, 600 metrus no jūras patīkami pavadīt laiku ar ģimeni vai draugiem. Mājiņās ir visas labierīcības un virtuvīte, iespēja iznomāt arī kublu un pirti.

Atbraucot Pie Putniem pavasarī, blakus atpūtas mājiņai būs bērzs, no kura tecēs sulas, ar ko veldzēties un attīrīties. Vasarā varēsiet lasīt mellenes, vēlāk izbraukt ar riteņiem pretim krāsainajam rudenim un slēpot vai slidot pa Kaņiera ezeru, ja Latvijā uznāks kārtīga ziema.

Kaislīgiem kalnu slēpotājiem Milzkalns ir 20 minūšu braucienā ar mašīnu. Savukārt putnu vērotājiem būs ko darīt visu cauru gadu, jo pie Kaņiera ezera ir 2 putnu vērošanas torņi.
