	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery is a place where history meets modern technology. Our Story The history of the manor dates back to 1604. In 2018, its current owner restored the manor's barn and set up a brewery, winery, and cidery within it. Apples In the Turkalne Manor orchard, covering 1 hectare, the apple varieties 'Sīpoliņš', 'Auksis', 'Antonovka', 'Remo', 'Spartan' are grown. Ciders At Turkalne Manor, they make apple cider, apple-rhubarb cider, and mulled cider. For Visitors Guests are offered tastings in the historic barn building. The second floor of the barn features a large space for events such as weddings, family celebrations, seminars, and training sessions. Catering can be arranged in advance. Accommodation and event hosting venues are available 1 km away at the Turbas leisure complex. A tour of the Turkalne Manor grounds with a story about the manor’s history and restoration is also offered. 	SENLICI	Senlīči offers a pleasant stay in the hotel, surrounded by a country apple orchard and the meadows of the Vircava River, in 10 modernly equipped, well-equipped rooms, designed to satisfy the various requirements of various customer groups. For hotel visitors we offer illuminated walking trails, parking (free of charge), as well as car trailer connection and electric car charging points. There is also a large car park. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or enjoy freshly baked pastry snacks for a separate fee in the nearby cafe - restaurant "Zemnieka cienasts" from 8.00-20.00 Guests have access to the nearby bathing places on the banks of the Vircava River, the excursion boat "Frīda", a boat, and for children - the amusement park "Līču" Ganības ".
	Zvaigznu aitas	It is possible to see Latvian dark-headed sheep, learn about the specifics of their breeding, lifestyle and sheepmen branch in Latvia. In addition to the sheep, it is possible to see different birds – turkeys, gees, ducks, chicken and pearl chicken. If you plan on watching the animals, leave your own dogs at home. On the farm there is also situated the Star Space observatory where during the ~ two-hour-long visit you will hear simply presented stories about stars, planets and other topics.After the lecture, outside, in fresh air you will be able to put the acquired knowledge to use, by trying to spot some constellations – how to find them, how they look like, etc. After you learn about constellations, you can observe them in the observatory’s powerful telescope which is open to public use.
	The Viesturi mini-zoo of exotic birds	Here you will find African ostriches, a South American rhea, an Australian emu, pearl hens, pheasants and peacocks. You can purchase ostrich and other eggs, as well as souvenirs made of eggs and feathers.
	Agave	Guest house Agave is located in Līgatne region, 6 km from Augšlīgatne, 18 km from Sigulda, 56 km from Riga in a beautiful, quiet and scenic place in the Gauja National Park. Guests are offered comfortable cottages, a beautiful 100 m2 hall (30-40 pers.) TV and music center, a well-equipped kitchen, a sauna with a heated tub and the opportunity to swim in a pond. There is a terrace, a fireplace and a barbecue. Large area for sports and other activities. The guest house is suitable for seminars, collective recreation, celebrations, weddings and family recreation.
	Dzirnupes	This is an organic farm, and visitors are invited to join in the fieldwork - gather hay, make sauerkraut, pull weeds, milk a goat, watch the geese, catch some fish and then smoke them in accordance with the farmer’s own recipe. Visitors can also help to bake bread. There’s a sauna where you can inhale the aroma of healthy grasses and drink some medicinal teas.
	Karklu Osta	“Kārkļu osta” is a family campsite on the banks of the Daugava River 4.5 km from the Koknese castle ruins. There are 10 ha of land for private events, sports events, consolidation events, camping and master classes. There is unhurried relaxation for family members or friends. A large (6x12m) tent is available for events on the banks of the river. It can accommodate between 40 and 60 people. There are also two leisure huts with four beds in each of them. There is space for picnics, tents and trailers, with a lean-to with a table, a grill and a place for a campfire available, as well. There is electricity, fresh water, lavatories and a shower. Should you wish to go fishing or rowing, we have three Amber 365 bots that you can rent with a Honda 2.5hp gas engine. SUP boards are available, and the campsite has a football pitch, a volleyball area and a novus table.

	The Osenieki biological farm	This biological farm (Bio 05-049-2008) grows berries such as strawberries and summer and autumn raspberries, as well as vegetables and grains. Visitors can pick and eat berries and look at the garden. The owners also breed cattle and have a store at which biological vegetables and fruits from the farm itself and from others can be bought. During the hay season during the summer visitors can spend the night in bales of hay.
	OLGAS MUIZA	The leisure house “Olgas Muiža” is found in a lovely place in the Valmiera Administrative District. Guests are offered a house with all that’s necessary to enjoy countryside leisure peacefully and unhurriedly whether it is winter or summer. Guests can enjoy the rituals of a sauna, stroll through orchards, and use a gazebo for a picnic with a view of the pond. People who enjoy active leisure can go fishing in the ponds of the estate or go horseback riding. The guesthouse is good for private relaxation, as well as for corporate events and seminars.
	Garikas	This is the first farm in Latvia which began to grow mushrooms. Informative tours are available, advice is given, and guests are treated with the “emperor mushroom” sauce or soup. You can also order other foods which involve shitake mushrooms or purchase them in dry or powdered form. The owner also produces an ancient herbal beverage called “Ponšo,” and it is only available at Garīkas.
	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	Abava Winery	Abavas Winery, located near Tukums, invites you to taste Latvian fruit and berry wines, ciders, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as spirits. History The inspiration to establish the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, when they visited some of Europe’s oldest wineries. Over the years, it has grown into the largest and most renowned winery in Latvia. Grapes Near Sabile, the winery cultivates a 4-hectare vineyard – the largest commercial vineyard in Latvia and one of the northernmost in the world. The harvested grapes are used to produce award-winning wines. Apples At the 4-hectare apple orchard next to the winery in Tukums grow apple trees that were planted during Soviet times and represent the industrial varieties of that period. Meanwhile, a certified organic apple orchard has been established near Sabile. From the harvest, excellent and award-winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are crafted. For Visitors The owners warmly invite guests to visit the winery, learn its story, and enjoy a tasting of various drinks. For groups, snack platters can be pre-ordered. The winery also offers spaces for events – seminars, parties, and corporate gatherings. 	The „Valguma pasaule” restaurant	The restaurant is on the banks of Lake Valgums and at an historical location where the Soviet Union had a base for government leaders. Today this is a lovely place for active or calm recreation. Elegant dishes are offered in the glass room, and soup is cooked on a campfire.
	The Klajumi horse farm	The farm features twelve friendly horses from Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus, as well as three eager dogs of various species, along with rabbits, chickens, cows and cats. Here you will feel the true country spirit in four adjoining farms – Klajumi, Ganiņi, Ķemeri and Krasti. The location is near the “Rings of the Daugava” Nature Park, and you can go horseback riding along the border between Latvia and Belarus. Latvian cuisine: Schnitzel of mushrooms, potato dumplings with dried mushrooms or meat, cream sauce and onions, baked chanterelles with new potatoes, sautéed vegetables and mushrooms, strawberries with ice cream, moonshine liquor. 	Lauku maja "Punas"	The countryside house offers a comfortable and cozy environment for relaxation close to nature. The house features a spacious bedroom with a large king-size bed and a pull-out chair, providing a comfortable stay for guests. There is both a shower and a bathtub available, as well as a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The bedroom has a fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The outdoor area includes several terraces where guests can grill or set up a table for a meal in the fresh air. Approximately 100 meters away is a two-story sauna house. The ground floor includes a sauna, a small kitchenette with a sink, and a washing area with a shower and toilet. The second floor offers sleeping accommodations for six people and a TV for relaxation. Near the sauna house, there is a pond where guests can swim.
	Kafejnica "Baltais Gulbis"	“Baltais Gulbis” is a café that opened on May 6, 2023. The café offers a meal after a lovely visit to Likteņdārzs (Destiny Garden). The café is next to the meeting house in Koknese and the place where the “Gulbis” yacht stops. Tasty coffee, refreshing drinks, snacks, hearty luncheons, ice cream and other goodies.
	BALTAS ANEMONES	The Baltās anemones centre is in a lovely place on the right bank of the Lielupe River near Mežotne. The lowlands feature a guesthouse with a lovely look at cliffs on the left bank of the river and dolomite cliffs on the right bank. Along the river are fields of vegetables, including pumpkins, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, beets, potatoes and herbs, along with a fruit and berry garden. The lady of the house will offer products for sale, as well as an informative tour of the fields.
	Murbudu Sidrs Cidery	As the owners say, Mūrbūdu Cider is an Abnormal Cider - here are no traditions, and creativity knows no bounds. Our Story The cidery is located in an ancient stone building in Valka region, next to the ruins of an old Livonian Order castle. Apples Mūrbūdu Cider always strives to do something new and unprecedented, using fruit and berries that are locally sourced from the surrounding area as much as possible. Ciders Experiments with flavours (honey, berries, ginger, and spices) and cider-making methods (aging in oak bourbon barrels, malolactic acid fermentation, fermentation with beer yeast) result in a diverse range of ciders, allowing for the discovery of new and exciting flavours and cider styles. Not all experiments are successful, but the best ones always reach the customers. For Visitors The cidery offers tours with tastings and themed masterclasses led by the owner, as well as the option to create custom programmes. 	KALNMUIZAS restaurant	Located in Kalnmuižas Castle. The pride of the restaurant's menu are the greens, fruits and vegetables from the ancient valley of the River Abava, wild game and mushrooms from Kurzeme forests, meat, crayfish, trout, goat’s cheese and home-made bread from the district’s farms. The menu depends on the season. Offer includes seasonal specialities.
