	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. For Visitors The cidery welcomes experience exchange groups by prior arrangement. Where to Buy The Jēpis ciders are available at markets and specialized stores.
	Radosa maja Smilgaji	Radošā māja "Smilgāji" ir vieta, kur top radoša kopā būšana garšīgā atmosfērā! Smilgāju saimniece vada dažādas kulinārās meistarklases - rudzu maizes un ūdenskliņģeru cepšanā, burciņkūku gatavošanā, u.c. Tiek organizētasarī citas meistarklases - dārzkopībā, fermentēšanā, u.c. Saimniecībā ir radīts glāžšķūnis, jeb stikla siltumnīca - īpaši skaista vieta lauku šarma un miera baudīšanai. Ierīkota ugunskura un piknika vieta. Piemērota vieta dažādu svinību un ballīšu organizēšanai. Aktīvākajiem ir iespēja izskriet orientēšanās spēli ''Apkārt lauku sētai'', bērniem ir radīts spēļu laukumiņš, ar bērnu mājiņu,šūpolēm un sajūtu taku. Smilgāju mājas saimnieks ikdiena savu radošumu pauž mēbeļu ražošanā un ir iespēja ielūkoties to tapšanas procesā. Mājas saimniece jau vairākus gadus viesus uzņem ''Mājas kafejnīcu dienās'', piedāvājot gardus ēdienus, pašceptu maizīti, kūkas un karstos dzērienus.
	The “Kucuru dzirnavas” guesthouse	The windmill building (1875) is now a museum and offers well known wedding traditions. Guests can catch fish in the local pond and then cook them. Latvian cuisine: Sautéed cabbage, pork ribs, homemade steak haché, onion rings, Kučuri tortes, natural juices, berry beverages. Special foods: “Kučuri rescue soup” – solyanka for hangovers.
	BALTAS ANEMONES	The Baltās anemones centre is in a lovely place on the right bank of the Lielupe River near Mežotne. The lowlands feature a guesthouse with a lovely look at cliffs on the left bank of the river and dolomite cliffs on the right bank. Along the river are fields of vegetables, including pumpkins, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, beets, potatoes and herbs, along with a fruit and berry garden. The lady of the house will offer products for sale, as well as an informative tour of the fields.
	Abulkrastu pirts	A lovely and quiet family farm 12 km from Valmiera offers Latvian sauna rituals, various spa procedures, and massages (classical, medicinal, honey-based, etc.). Listen to relaxing music during the procedures, after which you will be offered ecologically pure herbal teas from herbs which have been collected near the farm. There is a heated outdoor jacuzzi along with a swing-set, a playground for children, as well as a series of creative workshops in accordance with the season of the year.
	Apinu kalte	We offer ancient dishes of Madona region (group catering), culinary master classes (ancient dishes, etc.), use home-grown berries (strawberries, raspberries), etc. agricultural products because they own a farm. The guest house is located in an old building, which is easily located. Participation in programs such as "Meet your master", "Real Latvian hosts 2017", etc.

	Madonas Alus	Madonas Alus darītava atrodas savā vēsturiskajā vietā "Bodniekos", kur jau kopš 1906. gada ticis brūvēts miestiņš. Līdz pat mūsdienām ir saglabājusies gan senatnīgā laukakmeņu ēka, gan alus ledus pagrabi. Madonas Alus darītavas saimnieks Rolands Zaharovs personīgi uzņem viesus, lai parādītu, kā top visaugstākās kvalitātes īsts latviešu alus un dalās ar darīšanas procesa noslēpumiem. Iespēja nobaudīt dažādas alus šķirnes un iegādāties izlejamo alu tieši no darītavas. Lai noskaidrotu, kas ir alus pudeļu simfonija, dzirdētu to un izbaudītu, jāapskata alus ledus pagrabs. 	Atputas komplekss "PAZUST PRIEDES"	The recreation complex "Pazust Priedēs" is a newly created recreation area in the village of Bernāti - a 7-minute walk from the beach. Two holiday homes are available for recreation - "Saulrieta" and "Saullēta" houses and a separate bathhouse. Each holiday home has a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen and a loft floor with additional sleeping places. The recreation complex can accommodate up to 12 people in total. Picnic areas are available near each house and in the territory. SPA services are offered with sauna sessions and a selection of essential oils, with mental health improvement options and meditative tools. An outdoor hot tub is available. Retreats are organized during the summer season, and meditative/exploratory books are available in each house.
	Saules Kvartals	The flats of Saules Kvartāls (Block of Sun) are found in the city centre and at a 15-minute walk from the Ventspils Olympics Centre and the skateboard park, 10 minutes from the Reņķa garden, 15 minutes from a children’s playground and other tourist destinations. The nearest store is just 100 metres away. There are three types of rooms at Saules Kvartāls – a studio flat for a family, a small room for two, and a two-room studio type flat. All of the apartments have a television set and WIFI, as well as a small kitchen where you can boil water in a kettle. There is also a stove along with kitchen equipment and utensils. All guests have a common use grill with the necessary equipment to use free of charge. There are also garden furnishings, a trampoline for the kids, and a sauna.
	Viesu nams "Purgaili"	Viesu nams "Purgaiļi" atrodas skaista meža ielokā Smiltenes novadā. Kompleksa plašā teritorija ir lieliska vieta, kur rīkot dažāda veida pasākumus: kāzas, jubilejas, seminārus, sporta spēles, korporatīvos pasākumus. Var rīkot arī dažāda veida nometnes: sporta, orientēšanās, dejošanas, izklaides utt. Pasākumos var uzņemt līdz 80 personām. Teritorijā ir volejbola, futbola laukumi, basketbola grozs, laukums tautas bumbaim pievilkšanās stieņi, skriešanas aplis, tāllēkšanas laukums, šķūnis nodarbībām un izklaidei, šūpuļtīkli, pirts, kubls un āra baseins. 	The “Neptuns” restaurant	The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer. In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.
	DabaLaba	DabaLaba is in one of the places in Latvia that has the very lowest population density per square kilometre. There are huge forests around our venue with lots of animals, clean rivers and lovely forest lakes. DabaLaba launched operations in 2010 by renting boats. The next season we set up an archery range and started to offer guided tours of the surrounding environment – hikes, safari trips down the forest roads of the “Ance Swamps and Forests” restricted area, interesting, merry and lovely moments outdoors, hunting with your camera, as well as special trips for schoolchildren. Boats and SUP boards can be rented in Irbe, Rinda, Stende, Engure and Lonaste (or elsewhere on the basis of a separate agreement). Since August 2018, DabaLaba has offered the restaurant #Mežā during the summer months. It is in the centre of the forest and offers pure, tasty and healthy dishes made of local ingredients and no preservatives or additives. The menu has dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as dishes with no gluten and no lactose. We also have a country sauna where two people can spend the night after taking their sauna.
	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. There is a child-friendly swimming area, playground, volleyball court. It is also possible to rent a sauna and a outdoor hot tub. In the shop - cafe you can buy ice cream, coffee and drinks.
	The Berghof dairy estate	The granary and cheese-making facility of the former Sieksāte (Berghof) Estate now house a museum (since 1985) which tracks the route of milk from the cow to the finished product. You can try your hand at milking cows and churning butter, and then you can taste what you have created. There is also a garden of fallow deer.
	The Dzirnavu saloon of the Birini Castle	The saloon is in the park of the Bīriņi Castle alongside a lake. It offers a lovely view from the summer terrace. The saloon is in the old windmill building, with antique objects preserved in the interior. Latvian cuisine: Grey peas with bacon, herring with potatoes, sautéed chicken and potatoes, chanterelle sauce, sautéed cabbage with hunter’s sausages, apple tart.
	LIEPAS	Guest house Liepas offers four rooms - two comfort (with WC, shower, TV), two with shared WC and shower. There is a spacious balcony, lobby with seating area, TV, Novus table, 24/7 Tea table. Catering in the ground floor cafe. Please arrange breakfast and dinner at the time of booking.
	Romju Pojenes	A garden of feelings, where peonies smell, birds sing and the heart rejoices! About 730 peonies of different varieties grow in the garden of "Romju pojenes", which will delight every visitor with their variety of scents, colors and shapes. It is located in Tukuma county, Irlava parish, ~1 km from the Viesata river loop nature trail. The garden is available during peonies blooming (June).
