Farm is located ~1 km to the north of Puikule near to the former Limbazi railway, in the territory of North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve. The farm breeds sheep of the Latvian dark-head breed from which wool, hats, scarves, souvenirs etc. are made by felting. They can be purchased in the farm. Sheep graze in nearby meadows, thus promoting plant diversity in the area. About the role of pets in maintaining biodiversity can also be read on the bench in the yard. In the barn house is a collection of household items. Visitors can take a guided tour and buy souvenirs.

During this tour you experience the different ways of using milk either for edible products or body treatments.

From Riga, through historic sea and spa resort Jurmala, the route goes to goats farms where you taste cheeses as well as exclusive ice-cream from goats milk. Then visit Dundaga Castle and try local diary products there. At Roja experience local traditions having fishermen meal and attractions Then the route goes along unspoiled seaside beaches of Cape Kolka to well maintained town of Ventspils from where it turns inland to the picturesque Kuldiga with well preserved wooden architecture. Further on enjoy beautiful Milk Manor where you could experience lavish spa treatments based on milk. There is also Milk Museum located where you can follow the milk route from a cow to the tables, also possible to try some old fashioned practical jobs like butter making. Further on the tour turns sweet. Visit candy factory in Saldus where traditional hand-made toffees are made. Then on menu is ice-cream at Druva. Next - sightseeing at Jelgava which used to be the main seat of the Duke of Courland. Visit cheese producer at Eleja and before returning to Riga visit splendid Rundale Palace which is regarded as a beautiful pearl of the Baltics.

Bauska's name in historical sources for the first time is mentioned in 1443. This is the time when on the peninsula between Musa and Memel confluence construction of last Livonian Order castle on the present-day territory of Latvia was begun. At the castle – in Ķirbaksalā populated area so-called Vairogmiests developed. During the 17th century rapid boom of the town was observed. Here were working goldsmiths, silversmiths, carpenters, potters, shoemakers and other craftsmen. In later centuries the city suffered from wars, plague and Napoleon army. Today Bauska old town with reconstructed City Hall and the restored Bauska Castle is one of the most interesting Latvian historical town centres. Bauska is known for its annual events - Ancient Music Festival, Bauska town festival, country music festivals, and other events.

This is one of the most ornate and beautiful tree farms in Latvia, with some 1,000 types and forms of plants.  The owner will take you on a tour, and you can purchase coniferous trees, decorative bushes, plants for fencing, ivies, and outstanding grafted trees and bushes in containers (1-200 litres).  A colourful arboretum is also on offer, along with garden consultations. This can be used as a venue for events and photo sessions.

Elkas kalna saimniecība is located on the top of the scenic Elkas Hill, the place where the Gauja begins. Herbal teas, birch sap, jams and other healthy delicacies from local meadows and home-grown plants. There are also nature workshops, open-air picnic areas.

Meklējama pilsētas centrā - Tirgus laukumā 11. Dievnams uzcelts 1886. g. Ēkā atrodas vairāki nozīmīgi mākslas pieminekļi – gleznas, krucifikss (18. gs.) u.c. Baznīcas dārzā apskatāma skulptūra “Latgales māte” (tēlnieks B. Buls) un piemineklis politiski represēto piemiņai (tēlniece V. Dzintare). Baznīca ir apskatāma arī no iekšpuses.

Lahemaa – the oldest and biggest national park in Estonia – is waiting to be explored.
