Located in Rāmava in the Ķekava Parish, the estate dates back to the 15th century.  In 1723, it belonged to a pastor from Rīga, Depkin, who gave it its name.  The two-story mansion at the estate was built in the style of Classicism in the 19th century and has been restored.  It is one of the best-preserved estates in the Pārdaugava region of Latvia.  The estate once had some 10 buildings, but only the mansion and the surrounding park remain.  The Baltic German writer, publicist and aristocrat Garlieb Merkel  spent much of his life (1808-1850) at the estate.  The Rāmava Estate offers accommodations (12 larger and smaller rooms for overnight), seminar facilities, a campsite and a venue for celebrations and photography sessions.

A small wooden cottage on 2 floors, near Tallinn, in the village of Laagri. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, small bedroom, kitchen corner. In the administrative Neringa town centre Nida, between Parnidge dune and the Baltic Sea, near the old gliders` school and stone age settlement of Five Hills, Nida campsite is located. Villa Gaida is a complex of 3 old wooden buildings in Saulkrasti, by the sea. Their history dates back to the 19th century. The buildings are currently being renovated and reborn for the 4th time. The big house is ready and there are 5 holiday apartments waiting for it: Rose, Peony, Water Rose, Sunflower and Poppy. The apartments have both ancient and modern interiors. They have restored furniture by Latvian masters, colored veranda glass, equipped kitchens and 1 or more bedrooms. One of the apartments has a bathtub and a roof terrace with sea views. There are also two apartments in the barn house.

The 3rd house will also be renovated, where all the guests of the apartments will have a rest - a library, a piano, a wood-burning oven and the opportunity to drink wine.
