The villa is located 30 km from Daugavpils. The new building of Silene Resort & SPA is a villa called Egles Villa, which has 13 comfortable rooms available: double, triple, quadruple, and even five-bed rooms with accommodation for up to 40 people, as well as a room for people with limited opportunities. There is an Italian restaurant near the villa. The restaurant respects the traditions of Italian cuisine and always chooses only high-quality and fresh products. A wide selection of dishes: fish and seafood, meat dishes, pasta, risotto and desserts. In addition to dishes from the menu, the chef can offer tasting dishes. The house has 3 bedrooms with a shelter terrace, free WiFi, fireplace, books, journals and board games for rainy days. There is WiFi, but no TV.  There is also a living room with a cozy fireplace, shower with hairdryer, towels, toilet. The holiday home is equipped with kitchen supplies. High chair for toddler. Possibility for Pack`n Play/travel crib, if needed. There is a kids playground. Outside fireplace and coal grill. 

There is a hostess dog next to the guest house (at separate garden). Sometimes he is barking – like dogs usually do.

Roads are in good condition and easy to access from the guest house.
