Modern and cozy 3 stars hotel “Zydroji liepsna” is located in the marvelous resort of Baltic sea-coast, in Palanga, in 600 meters from the sea. Despite that the hotel is situated in the centre of town, the noise of main streets does not reach it, that is why we call ourselves “calm oasis”. A farmstead is situated in a picturesque peninsula of the lake Sartai, close to the hippodrome of Sartai. A fence and dense trees isolate the farmstead from the closest neighborhoods. Good access to the farmstead, asphalted road, except for 0.5 km of a local road. Holidaymakers are offered to stay at two new timbered houses with all conveniences that are separately rented out. Reconstructed country steam bathhouse and outdoor bathhouse (a vat) are at your service. Canoe rent in summer time. Admirers of both serenity and active repose are welcome all year round.

The house has 3 bedrooms with a shelter terrace, free WiFi, fireplace, books, journals and board games for rainy days. There is WiFi, but no TV.  There is also a living room with a cozy fireplace, shower with hairdryer, towels, toilet. The holiday home is equipped with kitchen supplies. High chair for toddler. Possibility for Pack`n Play/travel crib, if needed. There is a kids playground. Outside fireplace and coal grill. 

There is a hostess dog next to the guest house (at separate garden). Sometimes he is barking – like dogs usually do.

Roads are in good condition and easy to access from the guest house.

Leisure centre is located in the dunes of the Baltic Sea seashore; one hundred meters from the sea. On purpose to preserve the dunes and sands there is placed a wooden footbridge.

Territory of the centre is functionally facilitated recreation area; particular picnic areas are isolated from overnight staying area. Solar batteries are placed on a roof of the guest house in 2013. In WC there are mixer taps, but flushing mechanism of toilet has two types of capacity. Rainwater is stored in barrels and used for watering of a garden. Organic waste is fed to domestic animals. In 2014 there has been written a project on acquisition of bicycles for needs of customers and submitted to the Rural Support Service.

In the centre there is a cafe „Siena šķūnis” (Hayshed) that does not use convenience foods in cooking of meals. They are growing greens and dishing up meals made of the fish from the Baltic Sea – cods, flukes and herrings. The cafe offers ‘sklandrauši’ (traditional dish in Latvian cuisine; sweet pie made of rye dough and filled with potato and carrot paste) and grey peas; collaborates with other catering companies, invites ladies from Rucava who present to the guests traditions of Lejaskurzeme.

For children there is a wide playground with different amusements and domestic animals – rabbits, goats and sheep.
