You will feel the beauty, power and energy of nature here, ensuring harmony with nature and a good sense of the energy of rocks, plants, Latvian plants and underground streams.  Rocks here decorate the garden, which offers a good view of the sea and a cascade of waterfalls that are delightful in the spring and the fall.  During the summer, it is a rock river.  The site is one km to the north of the bus stop in Tūja and has 28 types of coniferous trees, 14 decorative shrubs, 13 kinds of rhododendrons, and winter plants.  The interesting collection of stones may mean that there is an energy field, and the garden is quite esoteric.  The rocky seashore of Vidzeme is nearby, and the garden has received many prizes from the Salacgrīva Administrative District and Latvia as such.

From the highest point in the Alūksne highlands, you will see an unusually beautiful view of the surrounding forested hillocks and the small areas of meadows and farmland. Sadly, there are no improvements to the location, which can be difficult to access. It is on private property.

The farm has a herd of horses and buys horses which confirm to historical demands related to breeds of animals. You can learn to ride a horse in the company of an instructor and in a limited area. Dundagas pili ieskauj parks, kura pirmsākumi ir meklējami jau 17. gs. Tam cauri tek Pāces upīte, kuras uzdambējums veido Dundagas dīķi. Tajā atrodas senatnē (vēl pirms pils būvniecības) mākslīgi veidota sala - Kalnadārza pilskalns. Tam iepretim (dīķa austrumu krastā) atrodas Dundagas pilskalns. Parkā joprojām zaļo (daži lielākie zari ir nolūzuši) t.s. “Rubļa ozols”, kura attēls bija uz 1919. g. izdotās Latvijas simts rubļu naudaszīmes. Parkā uzcelta estrāde.

This is a simple one-story building with a cross on its roof.  The Pitrags congregation was established in 1890, but the church was built in 1902.  It was restored after a World War I fire in 1925 and 1926, and restored again during the period of Latvia's restored period of independence.

An ancient Latgalian settlement. During the 10th century Kraslava district was under authority of the Prince of Polotsk, but the 13th century - under the authority of the Livonian Order. Until the beginning of 18th century it existed as a manor centre. In 1729 Kraslava was bought for 1400 thalers by Johan Ludvig Plater. Plater family ruled Kraslava for two centuries. In the of the18th century Platers began construction of Krāslava palace. After first division of Poland in 1772 Latgale was annexed to Russia. Kraslava began to perish. After construction of Riga - Daugavpils - Vitebsk railway (1865) economic life flourished again. Kraslava was little affected by the World War II, therefore, early wooden buildings of 20th century remained almost untouched.

This is a route for hikers and bicyclists, starting at the village of Vaidava and then moving along the eastern shore of the narrow Lake Vaidava, which has steep cliffs around it. The trip covers the Veļķi baronial estate, the “Swedish pine”, the famous Vaidava (Metimne) hillfort, a series of streams, the great Rubene rock, the Vaidava baronial estate on the western shore of the lake. After that, the trail leads the visitor back to the starting point.

Во время путешествия можно насладиться всеми видами даров села, пройтись по чудесным природным тропам, осмотреть поместья и даже проехать по узкоколейной железной дороге, которая все еще выполняет функции общественного транспорта, перевозя пассажиров между Гулбене и Алуксне. В приграничном районе из какой-нибудь смотровой вышки можно взглянуть на Эстонию и в Апе заехать на эстонскую сторону изучить бункеры партизан.
