But to refresh from the heat, it is possible to have fun in the ERGO inflatable water world or catch the wind in the Twister, EHR Surf, Chain, 360-degree and our other carousels. During the visit, you can enjoy snacks or meals in one of the park's cafes. The vineyard of the ABAVA family winery covers 3.5 ha at this time, and is being expanded year by year. We have a wide range of types of grapes, and we harvest them each year to produce a limited amount of wine. The winery was set up by the family of Mārtiņš and Liene Barkāns, and it is a well-developed company which produces high-quality beverages from fruits and berries that are grown in Latvia. The ABAVA winery was established in 2010, and it quite quickly became one of Latvia’s leading wineries. |

Der Hof "Upenite" befindet sich am südlichen Ufer des Sees Cirisa ezers. Ein ausgezeichneter Bio-Hof, auf dem lettgallische Traditionen gepflegt, Milchprodukte (auch Käse) hergestellt, einheimische Kulturpflanzen (diese kann man auch erwerben) angebaut und die lettgallische Rauchsauna angeboten werden, in der als Saunameister die Wirte arbeiten. Meisterkurse im Backen von Torten organisiert. Lettische Küche: Bauernsuppe (Fleischbrühe mit Grützen), gefüllte Kartoffelpfannkuchen Gulbešnīki, Kartoffelwürste (geriebene unreife Kartoffeln mit gebratenem Schweinfleisch und Zwiebeln), schwarze Johannisbeeren mit Schlagsahne, Kümmelstangen, Kräutertees, Quark mit Sauerrahm, Pfannkuchen aus Sauermilch. By the beekeeping farm “Kalniņi” there is a Bee Hut – small wooden house in which you can feel the presence of bees. The hives with seven bee families are built-in the sides of the Bee Hut, but inside the building they are designed as beds or seats. When looking at the building from the outside you can see the bee runs and also bees themselves. In addition, “Kalniņi” also offer different types of bee products – honey, pollen bread, beautiful and aromatic wax candles. It is possible to taste beekeeping products and enjoy a cap of warm tea. Families with kids can participate in educational workshops, learn how to make wax candles and gain information about the daily life in the beekeeping farm. Since summer 2018 everyone can also visit the House of Crafts, where you can participate in different activities such as Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting), create wooden souvenirs with burnt folk signs as well as create wax candles etc. The House of Crafts offers different itineraries for grownups, kids, youngsters and newlyweds. There you can also purchase the offered products - various flower honey, pollen, pollen bread, propolis, cell honey and wax candles. |

The “Rozītes” rose garden is found in the Sēme Parish in Kurzeme, and it covers a bit less than 3 hectares. There are more than 3,000 rose plants in the garden with 300 different varieties. There are also perennials and rare trees in the garden. Visitors will enjoy three lovely ponds which have fish in them, but they are meant more for beauty and relaxation. You can watch the fish from the terrace, walk across a flower island, and go to our amphitheatre to listen to relaxing music. On a hot summer day, visit the “water rock” to hear the bubbling sound of the surrounding water. Daila and Bruno Trubiņš will be happy to give you a tour of the garden and tell you all about the plants and how to care for them. You can purchase rose and perennial plants. Each June we organise a Rose Festival with an extensive programme for adults and children alike. Visitors are welcome to taste rose jam and drinks made of rose petals. We can host seminars, concerts, weddings and photo sessions. The garden is open from May until the end of September, and we particularly welcome visitors when the flowers are in full bloom. Dieser Hof ist ein Bio-Hof, dessen Früchte, Beeren, Gemüse und Honig vorbereitet und auf dem Tisch gelegt werden, Feste nach den lettgallische Traditionen gefeiert werden. Auf diesem Hof kann man die lettgallische Rauchsauna mit Massagen aus Linden- und Eichenzweigen und Kräutertees genießen, sowie sich über andere ländliche Angebote freuen. Die Gäste können in der erneuerten Kornkammer übernachten. Am Fuß vom Ludzas Schlossberg befindet sich ein Handwerkerzentrum. Es lädt euch ein auf eine Führung über die Handwerkergeschichte und Traditionen im altertümlichen Latgale kennenzulernen, die alten Handwerke in dem Suprādku Zimmer zu erschließen und in den Keramik-, Web- und Schneiderwerkstätten mitzumachen. Im Ausstellungssaal haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Werke der Meister der Umgebung zu sehen, sowie den allmonatlichen, letgallischen Grünen Markt zu besuchen. Im Salon können sie ca. 70 Arbeiten der Handwerker kaufen. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit die Volkstrachten aller lettischen Regionen, Leinen und Wollbekleidung zu bestellen. Vorher angemeldete Ausflugsgruppen haben die Möglichkeit lettgallische Speisen zu kosten. The countryside house offers a comfortable and cozy environment for relaxation close to nature. The house features a spacious bedroom with a large king-size bed and a pull-out chair, providing a comfortable stay for guests. There is both a shower and a bathtub available, as well as a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The bedroom has a fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The outdoor area includes several terraces where guests can grill or set up a table for a meal in the fresh air. Approximately 100 meters away is a two-story sauna house. The ground floor includes a sauna, a small kitchenette with a sink, and a washing area with a shower and toilet. The second floor offers sleeping accommodations for six people and a TV for relaxation. Near the sauna house, there is a pond where guests can swim. |

The craftspeople produce interesting clay cups with text, drawings and animal figurines inside them. You can take a tour, watch the specialists at work, and engrave your own texts on dishware. You can also use gypsum moulds to create small animals, work with a potter’s wheel, purchase souvenirs, and order products for yourself. |

Auf dem Hof Adzelvieši wird Hanf angebaut, aus dessen Samen Hanfbutter und grob gemahlene Zukost hergestellt wird. An der Kornkammer (101 Jahre alt) sind alte Werkzeuge der Hanffaserbearbeitung ausgestellt. Hier kann man leckere Produkte verkosten und kaufen, sowie eine spannende Reise in die Geschichte der Hanfzüchtung unternehmen. Der gewöhnliche Hanf ist eine alte Kulturpflanze in Lettland, die hier seit mehr als 1000 Jahren angebaut wird.
