Die Mosterei befindet sich im Wirtschaftsgebäude des Landguts Vecgulbene - an einem Ort, der historisch zu Tālava, dem Land der alten Lettgallen, gehörte. Das ausgesprochen saisonale Klima verleiht den Vidzeme-Äpfeln eine einzigartige, knackige Geschmackspalette. Nachdem der Cidre mehrere Monate bei niedriger Temperatur gereift ist, wird der klassische Apfel-Cidre mit goldenen Quitten, Rhabarber, saftigen Kirschen und Hopfen versetzt, um ein Zusammenspiel der Geschmacksnoten zu entwickeln. |

Die alten Traditionen der Valmiermuižas Gastfreundschaft fortführend, laden die neuen Besitzer der Brauerei ein das Landgut mit Umgebung und Brauerei kennenzulernen! Hier wird den Besuchern erklärt und gezeigt, wie die reiche Geschichte von Valmiermuiža die Bierbrauerei beeinflusst hat, und wie man von natürlichen Rohstoffen langsam „lebendiges” Bier braut. Alle können erfahren wie man am besten Bier genießt um dessen richtigen Geschmack zu spüren, und was man am besten dazu isst. Eine Besichtigung ist jeden Tag möglich, mit vorheriger Anmeldung. Der Besuch und das Kosten dauert ungefähr 1,5 h. Das Wirtshaus "Valmiermuižas alus virtuve" popularisiert die Bierkultur in Lettland. Für die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten wird hier Bier als ein passender Bestandteil von Mahlzeiten verwendet. In einer für heutzutage charakteristischen lettischen Art werden von den lokalen Produkten Speisen und Bier-Vorspeisen vorbereitet. Im Sommer ist hier ein Biergarten geöffnet. Hier wird das Traditionelle mit dem Gegenwärtigen verbunden. Lettische Küche: Geräuchertes Schweinefleisch, Filet eines Zanders aus dem See Burtnieks, Püree aus grünen Erbsen. Als Beilagen: Preiselbeeren, Quitten, Kürbisse, Birkensäfte und Steinpilzsoße. Das besondere Gericht: Im unfiltrierten Bier des Winters gehaltene Schweinefleischscheibe. |

Zusammen mit Kindern kann man auf diesem Hof Haustiere kennenlernen, eine Sammlung von alten Haushaltsgegenständen besichtigen, eine Sauna mit Massagen mit Birken- und Wacholderzweigen genießen, sowie Kräutertees trinken. Im Sommer können die Gäste in der Kornkammer oder im ersten Stock im Saunahaus übernachten. |

DabaLaba is in one of the places in Latvia that has the very lowest population density per square kilometre. There are huge forests around our venue with lots of animals, clean rivers and lovely forest lakes. DabaLaba launched operations in 2010 by renting boats. The next season we set up an archery range and started to offer guided tours of the surrounding environment – hikes, safari trips down the forest roads of the “Ance Swamps and Forests” restricted area, interesting, merry and lovely moments outdoors, hunting with your camera, as well as special trips for schoolchildren. Boats and SUP boards can be rented in Irbe, Rinda, Stende, Engure and Lonaste (or elsewhere on the basis of a separate agreement). Since August 2018, DabaLaba has offered the restaurant #Mežā during the summer months. It is in the centre of the forest and offers pure, tasty and healthy dishes made of local ingredients and no preservatives or additives. The menu has dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as dishes with no gluten and no lactose. We also have a country sauna where two people can spend the night after taking their sauna.

The Saulgriezes guesthouse is near Bernāte with 10 flats of different types and sizes. There is a pine forest near the guesthouse, and the beach is 500 m away. Guests have access to a playground for children, as well as a place for campfires. The flats are appropriate for families with children, business trips, or leisure alone, as a couple or with a group of friends. All of the flats have sleeping areas with bed linens, a leisure zone, a dining area and a kitchen where light meals can be prepared. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, an electric tea kettle, an oven surface, dishes and utensils. Guests also have access to a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, slippers, towels, lavatory items and hygienic items. There are televisions in the flats, along with free WIFI and a private parking spot for cars. The territory also has a sauna with a leisure area, as well as a banquet room for approximately 60 guests. |

Das Geburtshaus des einstigen lettischen Premierministers und späteren Staatspräsidenten Karlis Ulmanis (1877–1942), in dem seit 1993 ein Museum eingerichtet ist. Karlis Ulmanis war besonders unter den Landwirten sehr beliebt, denn dank seiner erreichte Lettland ein hohes wirtschaftliches Niveau. Auf dem Hof sind das Wohnhaus, ein Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Stallungen und Scheune sowie ein Speicher erhalten. In den Gebäuden gibt es eine Gedenkausstellung für K. Ulmanis, zusätzlich eine große Sammlung landwirtschaftlicher Geräte. |

Die Mosterei befindet sich in einem alten Steingebäude neben den Ruinen der Burg des Livländischen Ordens. In der Nähe der Mosterei sind experimentelle Apfelplantagen angelegt, aber die Äpfel – hauptsächlich alte sowjetische Sorten - kauft die Cidre-Mosterei Mūrbūdu von örtlichen Betrieben. |

On the farm there is also situated the Star Space observatory where during the ~ two-hour-long visit you will hear simply presented stories about stars, planets and other topics.After the lecture, outside, in fresh air you will be able to put the acquired knowledge to use, by trying to spot some constellations – how to find them, how they look like, etc. After you learn about constellations, you can observe them in the observatory’s powerful telescope which is open to public use. |

There is both a shower and a bathtub available, as well as a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The bedroom has a fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The outdoor area includes several terraces where guests can grill or set up a table for a meal in the fresh air. Approximately 100 meters away is a two-story sauna house. The ground floor includes a sauna, a small kitchenette with a sink, and a washing area with a shower and toilet. The second floor offers sleeping accommodations for six people and a TV for relaxation. Near the sauna house, there is a pond where guests can swim. |

Eines der ersten Häuser in Kolka, 1,2 km vom Kap Kolka entfernt, das der nördlichste Punkt in Kurland ist und die Ostsee von der Bucht von Riga trennt. Hier wird die Vorbereitung des traditionellen nordkurländischen süßen Gerichtes – Sklandrauši – gezeigt, sowie eine Führung für Fußgänger Spaziergang in die industrielle Geschichte von Kolka mit theatralischen Elementen und eine Verkostung der besten Sprotten aus Lettland angeboten. Auf dem Hof werden aus Melisse, Himbeeren, Rainfarn, Frauenmantel, Wegerich und Lindenblüten Kräuterteemischungen und Teebeutel hergestellt (als Souvenirs oder Geschenk). Es gibt eine Imkerei. Die Hausherrin erzählt vom Leben auf dem Land, bietet Führungen zu Heilpflanzen und Imkerei an und zeigt, wie man traditionelle Gehege baut, bietet Verkostungen und Hofverkauf. Der Hof ist als Biohof zertifiziert, sodass großes Augenmerk auf gesunder Lebensführung liegt. Den Kunden werden folgende Tees geboten: Himbeere, Schwarze Johannisbeere, Lindenblüte, Mädesüß, Schafgarbe, Birkenblätter, Weiße Taubnessel usw. |
