Die Betriebsstätte befindet sich auf halbem Weg zwischen Rauna und Smiltene. Die Besucher können die Betriebsräume in einem Keller besichtigen, wo der sprudelnde Birkensaft produziert und gelagert wird. Dabei wird über den Birkensaft erzählt und Videos zur Gewinnung von Säften im Frühjahr gezeigt. Verkostung von Birkensaft, sprudelnden Getränken und Sirup aus Birkensaft. Es wird auch Löwenzahnwein angeboten. Die Produktion von Birzī hat ein Bio-Zertifikat. |

Das Geburtshaus des einstigen lettischen Premierministers und späteren Staatspräsidenten Karlis Ulmanis (1877–1942), in dem seit 1993 ein Museum eingerichtet ist. Karlis Ulmanis war besonders unter den Landwirten sehr beliebt, denn dank seiner erreichte Lettland ein hohes wirtschaftliches Niveau. Auf dem Hof sind das Wohnhaus, ein Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Stallungen und Scheune sowie ein Speicher erhalten. In den Gebäuden gibt es eine Gedenkausstellung für K. Ulmanis, zusätzlich eine große Sammlung landwirtschaftlicher Geräte. |

Im Handwerkhaus „Sauleskalns“ kann man im Brot–Workshop lernen, wie man Roggenbrot und Sklandrausis backt. Die Wirte erklären, wie man Roggenbrot in einem Elektroherd backt, teilen das Rezept und den Sauerteig. Das Gästehaus bietet Unterkunft, Saunen und Möglichkeiten der aktiven Erholung. |
