Der Hof „Vilki“ ist Arboretum und Baumschule zugleich, gelegen inmitten der landwirtschaftlich geprägten Landschaft Semgallens in der Gemeinde Svete. Den Besuchern werden Führungen durch das Arboretum und das Territorium des Hofs geboten, wo man 1000 Pflanzen der verschiedensten Arten und Herkunft besichtigen kann. Gezüchtet werden Zierbäume und Ziersträucher, mehrjährige Blumen, Heil- und Gewürzpflanzen. Es gibt einen alten Obstgarten, wo die alten Apfelsorten und andere entsprechend gekennzeichnet sind. Zudem wird Beratung bei der Grünflächengestaltung geboten.  Auf dem Hof kann man auch die alte Rasse der Lettischen Blauen Kühe antreffen. Für Besucher steht hier ein Picknickplatz zur Verfügung.

Das Restaurant befindet sich an der Straße Riga – Liepaja (A9). Hier werden in Lettland gezüchtete Produkte, sowie Produkte der lokalen Bauer verwendet.

Lettische Küche: Blattsalat mit Kabeljauleber, kalte Rote-Beete-Suppe mit Schweinezunge, gebratenes Welsfilet, im Ofen gebackene Bachforelle aus Lettland, im Ofen gebackenes Schweinefilet, gegrilltes Hirschfleisch.

Das besondere Gericht: Auslese der im Landgut hergestellten Eissorten.

By the beekeeping farm “Kalniņi” there is a Bee Hut – small wooden house in which you can feel the presence of bees. The hives with seven bee families are built-in the sides of the Bee Hut, but inside the building they are designed as beds or seats. When looking at the building from the outside you can see the bee runs and also bees themselves. In addition, “Kalniņi” also offer different types of bee products – honey, pollen bread, beautiful and aromatic wax candles. It is possible to taste beekeeping products and enjoy a cap of warm tea. Families with kids can participate in educational workshops, learn how to make wax candles and gain information about the daily life in the beekeeping farm.

Since summer 2018 everyone can also visit the House of Crafts, where you can participate in different activities such as Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting), create wooden souvenirs with burnt folk signs as well as create wax candles etc. The House of Crafts offers different itineraries for grownups, kids, youngsters and newlyweds. There you can also purchase the offered products - various flower honey, pollen, pollen bread, propolis, cell honey and wax candles.

The first barefoot trail created in the Baltic States in the recreation complex "Valguma pasaule", which is located on the forested shores of Lake Valguma. When walking on the path, the feet "massage" sand, wood chips, clay, peat, gravel, cones and various other materials.

A biological farm in the lovely nature park of the Ogre River valley.  You can tour the farm to see how biological cattle from the Charolais breed are bred.  Walk down our nature trails to watch cows grazing in the fields.  Visit the little Akmeņupīte stream and the large oak trees that are in the area.  You can see the rapids of the Ogre River and, in the spring, broad fields of ramsons.  The venue offers tastings of its products, and you can also purchase meat to take along with you.  

Die Kellerei Līgatne ist ein Familienunternehmen. Die Kellerei befindet sich im Nationalpark Gauja, der für seine einzigartigen Sandsteinfreilegungen bekannt ist. In einer der Höhlen von Līgatne befindet sich der Weinkeller Līgatne, in dem man Wein aus verschiedenen Beeren und Früchten bei romantischem Kerzenlicht genießen kann. Darüber hinaus befinden sich in Augšlīgatne Kellereien und Löffelwerkstätten.

“Kārkļu osta” is a family campsite on the banks of the Daugava River 4.5 km from the Koknese castle ruins.  There are 10 ha of land for private events, sports events, consolidation events, camping and master classes.  There is unhurried relaxation for family members or friends.

A large (6x12m) tent is available for events on the banks of the river.  It can accommodate between 40 and 60 people.  There are also two leisure huts with four beds in each of them.  There is space for picnics, tents and trailers, with a lean-to with a table, a grill and a place for a campfire available, as well.  There is electricity, fresh water, lavatories and a shower.

Should you wish to go fishing or rowing, we have three Amber 365 bots that you can rent with a Honda 2.5hp gas engine.  SUP boards are available, and the campsite has a football pitch, a volleyball area and a novus table.

“We educate, create feelings and inspire people.”  Those are the key concepts of the “Mūsu avenes” raspberry farm.

The farm specialises in summer and autumn raspberries, but it also grows quince, honeysuckle, mulberry, rhubarb and various seasonal vegetables.

Owners of the farm began to offer informative and interactive tours in 2023.  Learn how the farm is run, what it bases its work on, and how it ensures bio-economics and a circulation economy.  You’ll also learn details about how to grow and pick raspberries.  A special mood is created by a cupola tent at the farm which offers visitors a chance to enjoy and unrivalled surrounding landscape.

You can rent the cupola for a special and unusual site for celebrations or a photo session.  The cupola on the raspberry farm will be an excellent choice.
 

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Schloss Kalnmuiža. Des Menü beinhaltet Kräuter, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Tal Abava, Wild und Pilze aus kurländischen Wäldern, Fleisch, Flusskrebse, Forellen und Ziegenkäse aus den Bauernhöfen der Region und selbstgebackenes Brot. Das Menü hängt von der jeweiligen Jahreszeit ab. Es werden saisonale Spezialitäten angeboten.
