Die Wirte erklären, wie man Roggenbrot in einem Elektroherd backt, teilen das Rezept und den Sauerteig. Das Gästehaus bietet Unterkunft, Saunen und Möglichkeiten der aktiven Erholung.

He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	Avarijas brigade / AB park	ABpark is a great place to spend time energetically and creatively for the whole family. Large and small adventure seekers are welcomed to enjoy more than 30 attractions in the Baltic's largest amusement park. It is possible to get to know and take photos with various dinosaurs, while walking along the dinosaur trail, but the Cālis.lv story trail offers you to enjoy the exhibitions of the famous doll artist Vladlena. For more active relaxation, you can experience the virtual reality adventures, take part in laser tag match and ride an electric autodrome or go-karts. But to refresh from the heat, it is possible to have fun in the ERGO inflatable water world or catch the wind in the Twister, EHR Surf, Chain, 360-degree and our other carousels. During the visit, you can enjoy snacks or meals in one of the park's cafes. ABpark souvenirs, which can be purchased at the amusement park souvenir shop, will remind you for a long time about the moments experienced in the park. The entrance ticket includes all attractions throughout the day.
	Celmini	The “Celmiņi” weekend house is found in a quiet and forested location in the Kūkas Parish of the Krustpils Administrative District. Guests can enjoy active leisure or relaxation that are provided by the surrounding environment. The venue has three types of saunas – a wet sauna, a steam or Turkish sauna, and a traditional Latvian sauna. There is a vat of water outside the sauna, and there is also relaxation in a bee healing process (a seasonal offer). There is a house with four bedrooms (up to 15 people), as well as two small huts where two people can stay. During the summer, there are another four camping huts for two persons. The venue can host parties up to 35 people, while the sauna building will accommodate up to 12 individuals. Depending on the season, there can be archery, paintball, creative workshops, soup cooked on a campfire, as well as educational activities for children.
	OLGAS MUIZA	The leisure house “Olgas Muiža” is found in a lovely place in the Valmiera Administrative District. Guests are offered a house with all that’s necessary to enjoy countryside leisure peacefully and unhurriedly whether it is winter or summer. Guests can enjoy the rituals of a sauna, stroll through orchards, and use a gazebo for a picnic with a view of the pond. People who enjoy active leisure can go fishing in the ponds of the estate or go horseback riding. The guesthouse is good for private relaxation, as well as for corporate events and seminars.
	Restaurant "Laucu akmens"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Rande einer Steilküste und bietet während des Sonnenuntergangs von seiner Sommerterrasse eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Das Restaurant arbeitet mit Fischern zusammen. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Fischsuppe, Graupengrütze, graue Erbsen mit Speck und Zwiebeln, Hering mit Kartoffeln und Quark, geschichtetes Roggenbrot-Dessert, dünne Pfannkuchen mit Marmelade, Sorbet aus Rhabarbern oder Sanddornbeeren. Das besondere Gericht: Fischgerichte aus Wemgallen, Zandern, Barschen, Flundern, Lachsen und Strömlingen.
	Restaurant des Landgutes von Marciena	Das Restaurant befindet sich 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Marciena entfernt. Hier werden sowohl die Speisen der alten Welt, als auch Speisen aus der lettischen und baltendeutschen Küche angeboten, die im modernen Stil vorbereitet und serviert werden. In der Küche werden auf den Feldern des Landgutes und von den lokalen Bauern gezüchtete Früchte und Gemüse, sowie Fleisch und Fische verwendet. Lettische Küche: Schweinebraten mit geschmortem Kraut, neue Kartoffeln mit Pfifferlingsoße, geschmorte Kaninchenschenkel mit Graupenrisotto.
	Milchhof-Gaststätte "Rozu krodzins"	Diese Gaststätte befindet sich in dem erneuerten Herrenhaus des Landgutes Sieksate (Berghof), aber in der Kornkammer und in der Käserei ist das Milchmuseum eingerichtet. Gäste können hier ihr Talent beim Kuhmelken ausprobieren, Butter schlagen und sie auch verkosten. Lettische Küche: Roggenbrot, Hering mit Quark, Milchsuppe, nach dem Geschmack des Landes gekochte Kartoffeln mit grünem Schnittlauch, Hirschfleischscheiben, Zander mit Sauerrahmsoße, Flunder mit grünen Erbsen, Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit Preiselbeermarmelade. Das besondere Gericht: Käsekuchen des Milchhofes, selbstgemachter Eierlikör.
	Mini Zoo "Skaistkrasti"	Мини-зоопарк «Скайсткрасты» предлагает возможность познакомиться с разными животными. Здесь живет альпаки, ламы, пони, ослы, бараны, козы, собаки, кролики, павлины, лошади, еноты, суслики, нутрии, зайцы и различные виды уток, гуси, куры, фазаны, голуби. Есть возможность покормить животных, а также взять напрокат лошадь и покататься на лошадях. Есть пруд для купания, а также отдельная сауна у большого пруда. Возможность устроить пикник на Малой Югла. Для проживания предлагаются два гостевых дома. В большинстве из них есть кровати на 18 человек, а также банкетный зал и русская баня. Во втором гостевом доме могут разместиться 10 человек, также имеется финская сауна.
	More museum	The Museum is situated in the place, where during the times of World War II the battles between the soldiers of Latvian and Soviet armies took place.The main subject of the museum is the history of Latvians during World War II and the battle of More. On the second floor of the museum the guide will tell you about the history of crafts and will show you the exhibition of household objects. Every year there are new exhibitions of the local craftsmen’s products . The visitors can buy souvenirs, jewellery and other crafts and goods.
	Restaurant "Klidzina"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ufer des Flusses Daugava mit einer schönen Aussicht (aus der Sommerterrasse) auf das Flusstal. Es ist ein beliebter Ort für Mahlzeiten mit einer modernen und reizvollen Innenausstattung aus Holz, Stein und roten Ziegeln. Nebenan befindet sich ein Geschäft. Lettische Küche: Sauerkrautsuppe nach dem Geschmack der Lettgallen, Steinpilz- und Kürbiscremesuppen, Bachforelle aus der Ortschaft Serene, gegrilltes Schweinefleisch, Schweinerippen, Kartoffelpfannkuchen, Erdbeersuppe mit Vanilleeis, Brotsuppe. Das besondere Gericht: Bratwurst von Klidziņa.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Das Weingut "LAUSKIS" wurde im Jahre 2019 gegründet und liegt in der Gemeinde Ledmane, im dortigen Gutshof Krape. Ein 300 Jahre alter Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes beherbergt das Weingut. Der Name "LAUSKIS" wurde zu Ehren des Herren Vilis Lauskis verliehen, dem Urgroßvater des Weingutbesitzers Vents Grinbaums. Vor etwa 100 Jahren hat der bekannte Obstgärtner – Vilis Lauskis Obstbäume und Beerensträuche angepflanzt. Die Früchte dieser über Generationen gepflegten Pflanzen dienen heute als wertvoller biologischer Naturstoff und verleihen dem Wein eine exquisite Qualität. Die Tour bietet Weinproben und Erfrischungen im 300 Jahre alten Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes, die von Geheimnissen und Geistergeschichten begleitet werden. Einblicke in den Weinherstellungsprozess erhalten Sie direkt durch den Eigentümer des Weinguts. Nach der Weinprobe können Sie unter riesigen betagten Eichen durch den alten Park des Gutshofs Krape spazieren und die schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss bewundern.
	Café "Putelkrogs"	Es ist ein Familienunternehmen, das sich am Rande der Straße Jelgava – Tervete in der historischen Molkerei von Puteli befindet. Lettische Küche: Ziegenkäse, kalte Rote-Beete-Suppe, graue Erbsen mit Speck, Hering mit Kartoffeln und Quark aus dem Lande, Schweinebraten, Kalbfleisch mit Waldpilzsoße, im Heidekrauthonig gebratenes Schweinefleisch, dünne Pfannkuchen mit Heidekrauthonig, Roggenbrot, Birkensaft, Moosbeerensaft, Branntwein, lokales Bier. Owners of the farm began to offer informative and interactive tours in 2023. Learn how the farm is run, what it bases its work on, and how it ensures bio-economics and a circulation economy. You’ll also learn details about how to grow and pick raspberries. A special mood is created by a cupola tent at the farm which offers visitors a chance to enjoy and unrivalled surrounding landscape. You can rent the cupola for a special and unusual site for celebrations or a photo session. The cupola on the raspberry farm will be an excellent choice.
	Subrakkrasti	Guest house "Šubrakkrasti" is located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. Guests have access to 7 rooms of different sizes and comfort, a sauna, a lounge, a ballroom and a wide range of leisure facilities. There is a shared lounge with a fireplace and a TV. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen for preparing meals. In summer, tent, caravan and camper sites are also available. 	Zilu Peonijas	Zīļu peonijas is a farm where you can get a true sense of how many different types of peonies there are in the world. The garden has more than 800 different kinds, and they will surprise you with their diversity of form and colour. Each visitor will find one which best corresponds to his or her tastes. Flowers are sold to be taken home. The garden is in the Slampe Parish of the Tukums Administrative District.
	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest.
