Die Bauernwirtschaft Vecsiljāņi befindet sich in der Gemeinde Bebri der Region Koknese. Die Hauptbereiche der Wirtschaft sind Viehzucht und die Züchtung von Weizen, Gerste, Hafer, Roggen, Mais und Gräsern. Im Jahr 2010 hat die Wirtschaft angefangen, den harten Käse mit dem Namen Ievas siers herzustellen. Den Besuchern wird eine Käseverkostung und die Besichtigung der Wirtschaft und der Käseproduktionsabteilung angeboten. |

This is a segment of the shore of the Bay of Rīga that is around 40 km long and features the valleys of three major rivers – the Lielupe, Daugava and Gauja river. There are dune formations, biotopes, seashore meadows and forested seashore dunes which are an important recreational resource. |

This is part of a hiking trail along the Cena bog. It is on the western side of the bog, at the centre of the 5-kilometre circular trail. You can see the vast swamp, as well as a military road that was installed during World War I and is marked by an “alley” of large pine trees. Alongside the tower is a fragment of the road that was installed more recently.

The tower is at the western end of the Seda swamp, accessed from the side of Jērcēni. Transport is limited here. The tower is in the area of the swamp where peat moss is extracted. It offers a broad view of the ponds of Seda and a boat rental facility that is nearby. It is an appropriate location for bird-watching during the season of migration. There is another bird-watching platform near the town of Seda. This is part of the ZBR. |

This is the most visually impressive drumlin field in the Baltic States, and it is close to the village of Tabivere. The drumlins were established by ice glaciers, and they point in the direction in which the ice moved long ago. In terms of their appearance, the drumlins resemble loaf-shaped hillocks. From their “backs,” there are lovely views of the local landscape and the lakes that are around the area. The visitor centre is in the village of Äksi.

Der Hof des Brauers befindet sich in einer der reizvollsten Gegenden von Litauen, die mit ihren Wäldern, Seen und Burghügeln auch als die litauische Schweiz bezeichnet wird. Das Bier der Marke Čižas ist leicht, ungefiltert und nicht pasteurisiert und nach dem Rezept der Großeltern mit Waldhonig hergestellt. Der Brauer hat nicht nur das Rezept geerbt, sondern auch das Zubehör und so hat er in seinem Hof eine Ausstellung mit altem Gerät zum Bierbrauen eingerichtet. |

Einer von den beeindrucksvollsten Objekten der UdSSR Armee in Ziemeļvidzeme mit verlassenen Häuser, unterirdischen Bunker, Raketenläger, Startplätze für Raketen u.a. Elemente. Einer von den einigen Plätze in Lettland, wo man das Denkmal für Ļeņins besichtigen kann. In der Zeit der Sowjetunion wurde der in Stein gemeißelter Konturen des Kopfs von Ļeņins auf dem Zentralplatz in Alūksne aufgestellt. In der Zeit des nationalen Erwachens wurde das Denkmal demontiert und nach Kernraketenstation transportiert. Es lohnt sich nur in Begleitung des Reiseführers das Territorium zu besuchen.
