Latvia...well, what a wonder. I loved Riga (and will return) but the real magic was in the countryside... I never would have experienced it all if I hadn't been with Eva and your planning.

Thank you for such an amazing tour. Everything about it was truly an experience we will remember for a long time. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to join you on the tour and I hope you keep the adventure going.

This was in the top three of group tours that I have been on. The tour gave the opportunity to meet people on a personal level; very unusual in visiting other countries. Plus it was a lot of fun.

Such an incredible trip. I feel empowered to plunge into serious rye baking after all we saw, touched, and tasted, plus the ideas and approaches to baking that we shared. The non-bread-focused excursions were an added bonus to the trip, especially the ice cream tasting, the walk in the Finnish woods, and the burning conscience exhibit in Cesis.

I appreciated the balance of local touring and learning, and bread focused activities.... The bakers and bakeries were fascinating - seeing production of sweet and sour rye, the equipment, both similar and different than here. I will not forget the Aglona Bread Museum, which provided such a literal view of the spirituality of rye bread in Latvian culture.
