	Restaurant KALNMUIZA	Das Restaurant befindet sich im Schloss Kalnmuiža. Des Menü beinhaltet Kräuter, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Tal Abava, Wild und Pilze aus kurländischen Wäldern, Fleisch, Flusskrebse, Forellen und Ziegenkäse aus den Bauernhöfen der Region und selbstgebackenes Brot. Das Menü hängt von der jeweiligen Jahreszeit ab. Es werden saisonale Spezialitäten angeboten.
	Dzirnupes, lettischer Hof	Es wäre schwierig, nicht nur in der Region Vidzeme, sondern auch im ganzen Lettland einen anderen ebenso natürlichen Hof zu finden. Die Gäste können in einer alten Kornkammer übernachten, die ihren Duft noch erhalten hat, den Wirt bei der Arbeit in der Schmiede beobachten und selber einen Nagel schmieden, Ziege melken, auf Gänse aufpassen, sowie an Arbeiten auf dem Land teilnehmen: jäten, Heu ernten, Bogenschießen ausprobieren und die Sauna genießen.
	Makskeresana un atputa pie dika "Vectautas"	About 20 minutes by car from Sigulda, this is a venue that offers you a chance to go fishing in a pond that covers 3 ha and offers every opportunity for relaxation. 	TALAVAS SIDRS	Die Mosterei befindet sich im Wirtschaftsgebäude des Landguts Vecgulbene - an einem Ort, der historisch zu Tālava, dem Land der alten Lettgallen, gehörte. Das ausgesprochen saisonale Klima verleiht den Vidzeme-Äpfeln eine einzigartige, knackige Geschmackspalette. Nachdem der Cidre mehrere Monate bei niedriger Temperatur gereift ist, wird der klassische Apfel-Cidre mit goldenen Quitten, Rhabarber, saftigen Kirschen und Hopfen versetzt, um ein Zusammenspiel der Geschmacksnoten zu entwickeln.
	GETRÄNKE-PRODUKTIONSSTÄTTE „ZILVER“	Ein Familienbetrieb in Sigulda, der Obstbäume anbaut und aus deren Früchten verschiedene Getränke produziert. Bei der Verkostung werden Blumen-, Beeren-, Obstweine, das alkoholfreie festliche Getränk „Rabarber“, Brandy mit einem Apfel in der Flasche und für einen historischen Geschmack Allažu Ķimelis angeboten.
	Restaurant "Neptuns"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Strand, auf dem Gebiet des Nationalparks Kemeri. Es ist eines der ältesten Restaurants in Jurmala. Im Sommer sind hier ein Teehaus und eine Außenterrasse geöffnet. Jede Saison wird hier ein neues Sonderangebot empfohlen. Lettische Küche: Kalte Suppe, Steinpilzsuppe (im Herbst), graue Erbsen mit Speck, Kartoffelpfannkuchen, Hering mit Quark, hausgemachtes Eis, selbstgebackenes Brot, Kwass und Moosbeerensaft. Das besondere Gericht: Geschichtetes Roggenbrot-Dessert Neptūns.
	Restaurant "Valguma pasaule"	Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ufer des Sees Valgums, an einem historischen Ort, wo sich am Ende der 1960er Jahre ein führender Militärstützpunkt der UdSSR befand. Heute ist es ein beliebter Ort für die Genießer der aktiven und ruhigen Erholung. Hier werden sowohl feine Speisen im gläsernen Saal, als auch auf offenem Feuer gekochte Suppen angeboten. Lettische Küche: Waldpilzsuppe, Flunderfilet in Pilzsoße mit Seleriepüree, in Semmelbrösel-Hanf-Panierung gebratener Käse mit Erdbeersoße, auf Pumpernickel serviertes Schweinefleischfilet, Zander aus den Seen Lettlands mit Püree aus grünen Erbsen, Salat aus gebackenen roten Beeten mit Ziegenkäse und Kastanien, Erdbeersuppe, hausgemachtes Eis. Das besondere Gericht: Cremige Suppe aus Nesseln und Ampfern, Schweinenackensteak mit Schokoladensoße, mit Auberginenpüree und Eis aus scharfen Pfeffern.
	Bio Bauernhof "Osenieki"	This biological farm (Bio 05-049-2008) grows berries such as strawberries and summer and autumn raspberries, as well as vegetables and grains. Visitors can pick and eat berries and look at the garden. The owners also breed cattle and have a store at which biological vegetables and fruits from the farm itself and from others can be bought. During the hay season during the summer visitors can spend the night in bales of hay.
	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest. During the warm season (April - October), the recreation complex has the opportunity to celebrate in the banquet hall for up to 50 people, celebrate family holidays in the gazebo with live fire, hold seminars and cohesive / sports games, spend the night in one of the 10 holiday homes, enjoy a sauna ritual on the island and walk through the large ~ 25 ha territory of the recreation complex, enjoying the landscape of Vidzeme. 	Strautmali - Camping	This is a place for leisure in Mazirbe along the Livonian shore. It is part of the Slītere National Park, and the venue welcomes solo travellers, families and groups of friends. There are six buildings which can accommodate up to 50 people – rooms for one, two or three visitors, as well as one room for 12 visitors. A new service building has a lavatory, shower and kitchen. Sauna services are available. Strautmaļi also has a banquet hall with a fireplace, an amazing collection of teaspoons, a library of books for all tastes, as well as beautiful paintings. The centre of Mazirbe is 3 km away, the sea is 2 km away. Silence, a pine forest, mushrooms, cranes. The venue is open from May 20 until September 3. The price is EUR 40 per night for two people.

	Kellerei TEVINI	Der Bauernhof beschäftigt sich mit der Herstellung von Wein aus Obst und Beeren, die im eigenen Garten und im Freien gesammelt werden. Es wird Wein aus Himbeeren, Apfel, Stachelbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Erdbeeren, Preiselbeeren, Vogelbeeren, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Johannisbeeren, Holunder, Felsenbirne, Apfelbeeren und Löwenzahn angeboten. Das Hauptprodukt ist der nach traditioneller Methode hergestellter Himbeer-Sekt.

	Komplex für Tourismus und Erholung "Meza Salas"	Der Komplex befindet sich in der Mitte eines großen Waldes, wo seine Landschaft mit den vielen eingerichteten Teichen angenehm lebendiger gemacht wird. Hier werden lettische Speisen und Seminare über Gastronomie für Gruppen angeboten. Speisen werden auch auf offenem Feuer und großen Pfannen vorbereitet, sie werden geräuchert und gegrillt. Lettische Küche: Kalte oder heiße Tomatensuppe, Lachs in Honigmarinade, Honigfladen (auf offenem Feuer gebacken), verschiedene Pfannkuchen, ländliche Torte, die aus Bio-Produkten gebacken ist. Das besondere Gericht: Himmelsbrei aus Roggenmehl.
	The IKS Park	The IKS Park organisation offers rural joy, playing around and relaxing at the edge of a forest. Visitors can engage in crafts, learn about medicinal plants from Latvia in an interactive way and also learn about the properties of same. There are two different territories. One is an open-air exhibition of medicinal plants, with six beds of various plants. Visitors are invited to stroll through the garden and learn about plants that might be useful and appropriate for them. There is also room for mini-football, a barefoot trail, an “ant trail” that is a relay race with various steps, a pergola and a class to teach about nature. Second, there is a small farm with workshops and a mini zoo. Under a large canopy or in a cosy fireplace hall, visitors can try their hand at traditional and modern Latvian crafts. There is also a chance to play various games, some of which are quite ancient, indeed. Master craftsmen at the farm offer practical activities that allow visitors to produce their own souvenirs. Class topics include weaving of blankets from plants, jewellery making, soap making, grinding of flour, etc.
	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story.
