Atrodas ~ 0,4 km no Latvijas – Lietuvas robežas, Sventājas ielejas labā krasta nogāzē. Atrodama informācija, ka avotu tīrot, atklājusies 5 x 5 m ozolkoka „grīda”. In Ošvalki, which is between Jūrkalne and Sārnate, there is a commemorative sign, “Sail of Hope,” which commemorates Latvians who sought to cross the Baltic Sea to Sweden during the latter period of World War II in 1944 and 1945.  The sign is in the dunes between the road and the sea.

The estate of 12 buildings and a park has survived almost completely to this very day.  The main building of the estate was erected on a largish oval island in the 1840s, and it has a moat all around it.  This was meant to resemble fortified Medieval castles.  The mansion is currently home to the local parish government, library and post office.  Visitors can take a tour of the estate and its surroundings.  There are stories about the estate to say that the baron had a beautiful daughter who, like the Rose of Turaida, refused to obey her father's instructions.  Go to Veselava, and you'll hear the whole story!

The rest complex is situated on the shore of the man-made water reservoir, and there are two saunas on the territory – the Big sauna and the Small sauna. In the building of the Big sauna it is possible to organise different events for as many as 40 people, and in summertime – till 60 people. In the Small sauna – up to 20 people. Apart from the saunas, there are offered 20 different picnic places with tables, places for grills and tents, volleyball playgrounds, boats and water-bicycles for rent.

This is for birders who can’t afford to take longer breaks to enjoy birdwatching. Short but rewarding trip during spring migration. Cape Kolka is a place where pass the largest numbers of migrating birds in the spring time. More than several tenth of thousand birds cross the Cape each hour. During active period of migration it is possible to see more than 100 different species daily just at this one place. There are several birdwaching places located at different biotops – seaside meadows, sea cost and lakes and wetlands. Kemeri National Park is one of the best places for woodepecker watching. In a short period of time it is possible to see about seven species.

The Lithuanian Pomiculture and Gardening Institute became a national scholarly institute in 1992.  It engages in scholarly studies, as well as experimental manufacturing.  The institute produces Lithuanian fruits and vegetables that are used to manufacture high-quality, natural and healthy products. 

A unique farmyard that includes a full set of buildings typical of this area. The farmstead buildings reflect at least 300-400 years of Latvian nation-building development.

In the area it is possible to stay in a dwelling house (2 rooms, two people each) and in the tents. Picnic places available. It is also possible to organize different events and activities.

Jēsū – Kepu ceļa malā pie Leti (Läti) ciema ir izveidots autostāvlaukums ar putnu vērošanas torni, no kura paveras skats uz Hallistes upes palieņu pļavām un tuvējā ciema apkārtni.
