The saloon is located near the Kuldīga ring road. This is a slow-serve saloon with foods cooked on alder wood on the basis of the slow food principle. The saloon offers “meals in the garden”. Latvian cuisine: Bean salad, sprats with cottage cheese, oatmeal with smoked meat, false goose, pike-perch sautéed in cream, cod with onions and tomatoes, potted mutton, beef with onions, hunter’s style pig liver, potted sautéed vegetables, hot dumpling soup with blackberries, wild berries with whipped cream, apples caramelised in honey, cottage cheese desserts. |

Here you will find a vast collection of antique instruments. You’ll learn about their history and about how they were manufactured. You can play music or commission or purchase homemade instruments. If you contact the venue in advance, the Igaunis family will organise a concert performance for you. |

Another monument designed by Kārlis Zemdega, this one was installed in 1937 and was initially known as a monument to soldiers who liberated and fell in Rūjiena. The monument survived the Soviet era only because a statue of Lenin that was across the street was on a high pedestal and thus overshadowed the monument to the trumpeter of Talava. |

Here you will find a ceramicist who offers educational activities during which you can shape your own items and then put them in the kiln. The studio welcomes kindergarteners, schoolchildren, adults and senior citizens. The ceramicist has experience with people with special needs. Finished clay products are available at the studio.

The owner offers tours of his beekeeping operation, with visitors wearing the necessary protective gear. You will learn about how honey is produced, watch a video, and be able to taste six or seven types of honey. If you wish, the owner will make pancakes for you. Products are available for purchase. |

which recalls the goat's back.

Some 200 fallow deer live in large paddocks at the park, and the largest deer sorting facility in the Baltic States is right next door. You can look at the animals from up close. The owner organises educational camps for children and offers consultations on the breeding of animals. |

St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church of Zosna. The church
was built in 1800 by the donations of local people; it is devoted to Saint Michael. The church is built on the
stone foundation and panelled with boards. It has a small square tower that was restored in 1994.

Temple Hill is steep (with artificially created steepness) and about 30 m high, and it is opposite Marijas Island. It is an ancient Lettigalian castle hill, 80 m long and 40 m wide, with several artificial ramparts. One of the oldest objects found in the region is an axe from the 2nd to 3rd millennium BC. Archaeologists believe that the island was populated at that time. There was a Lettigalian castle on the hill during the 10th and 11th century, but it was sacked by the Holy Crusade. The surface of the castle hill was transformed comparatively recently in 1807, when a granite rotunda was built there in honour of Russian Field Marshall Sheremetev and Swedish captain Wulff. The view of Lake Alūksne and the town is one of the most beautiful ones in all Vidzeme. The Sun Bridge (1937) is also worth a look. A wooden viewing platform is nearby. |

The aerial tram across the Gauja is the only vehicle of its type in the Baltic States. It was installed in 1969 with the help of engineers from Georgia. The crossing is 1060 m long, and the cable which crosses the river is just one cable without any supports. The tram rides about 40 metres above the river, and it offers an outstanding look at the local landscapes. During the evening, the tram is used by Bungee jumpers. |

Nature trail "Curves of Riva" starts at Ulmale-Labraga Lutheran Church and continues 3 kilometres down the picturesque downstream of river Riva. Rīva here flows in a canyon-type ravine which reaches 12 meter rise at some points. The trail reveals countless river twists and turns and steep coastal cliffs. The trail is partly accessible with an assistant and is marked with green paint. |

The saloon is on the edge of the Rīga-Liepāja highway (A9) at the 22 km road marker. Most of the dishes are based on ingredients from the forest. The interior design is based on hunting, and there is a paddock of wild deer alongside the restaurant. Latvian cuisine: Roast buck, roast wild boar, venison steak, roast lamb, stuffed river trout. |

Since 1820 people have been brewing Estonian beer here using local ingredients, like groundwater, yeast and others. The Saku Brewhouse name comes from the previous brewery that worked until 1992. The brewhouse also has a museum where you can see beer production from centuries ago until this very day. During the tour it is possible to taste freshly made beer. Minors are not allowed to participate in the tour. |
