	The “Mikelis” café	The café is at the “Miķelis” leisure venue on the banks of the Mūsa River. Visitors can tour a typical farm from the 19th and 20th century, as well as the Machinery Museum. 	Ludza Craftsmen Centre	Here you can examine and purchase crafts by more than 40 Lettigalian craftspeople. A guide dressed in an Ancient Lettigalian folk costume will tell you about the lives of ancient Baltic tribes, the emergence of craftsmanship in the region, ancient laws related to ethics and work, and traditions. There are demonstrations of the crafts and lessons about the ancient skills. Groups can enjoy a luncheon of Lettigalian dishes, and learn how to bake bread and prepare beverages in an old-fashioned Lettigalian kitchen. The local craftsmen's salon and home producer's store Cymuss and Latgaļu kukņa, a member of the Latgale culinary heritage network. For groups, Latgaļu kukņa offers lunches and a special skills school for learning to prepare Latgalian food, bread and drinks. 	Medieval pub in JAUNPILS CASTLE	Meals are served in the ancient dining room of the knights under the vaulted ceiling, with candlelight and medieval music. Use wooden spoons or your hands to enjoy the same kind of feast that was enjoyed in the past by barons, monks and servants. Latvian cuisine: Lentil soup with meatballs, beer soup, apple soup with raisins, peas with hemp, potted sautéed meat with caraway seeds, chanterelles in cream sauce, hunter’s sausage with cabbage, roast loin of pork, blood sausage, roast leg of duck with lingonberry sauce, stream trout, homemade cottage cheese with strawberries, plum dessert with whipped cream. 	Open-Air Exhibition of Latvian Plants and Herbs Ladezera DARZS	Open-air functional exhibition of medicinal plants introduces you to a “green pharmacy”. There are more than 300 different plants. Every healthy lifestyle enthusiast can find the secrets of fitotherapy and learn how to use the plants in many different ways – making sauna besoms, aromatic pillows, healthy teas, bath scrubs etc. Facilities: excursion through medicinal plant garden and collection, tasting of green cocktails.
	More museum	The Museum is situated in the place, where during the times of World War II the battles between the soldiers of Latvian and Soviet armies took place.The main subject of the museum is the history of Latvians during World War II and the battle of More. On the second floor of the museum the guide will tell you about the history of crafts and will show you the exhibition of household objects. Every year there are new exhibitions of the local craftsmen’s products . The visitors can buy souvenirs, jewellery and other crafts and goods.
	Rakstu raksti / Andres el Leton pieminas maja	Kaltene is home to a memorial house that has been set up in honour of Andris Kārkliņš, who was known as the first internationally recognised flamenco guitarist of Latvian origin. Known as Andres El Leton, he was a composer, poet, writer and photographer. Visitors will learn all about the artist’s life and work via audio and video recordings. Up on the second floor of the building is a small creative workshop (SIA “Rakstu Raksti,” where people produce applied arts items such as folk costumes, linen products, accessories, souvenirs, etc. They sew apparel and home textiles from linen and other natural materials. The workshop has floristics specialists, and it accepts orders on sewn, knit and crocheted products. Master classes are also available. Visitors will enjoy local produced foodstuffs from the Roja Administrative District (fish, wine, cheese, conserves, jams, teas, etc.). Handicrafts and souvenirs are available for purchase.
	Dzirnupes	This is an organic farm, and visitors are invited to join in the fieldwork - gather hay, make sauerkraut, pull weeds, milk a goat, watch the geese, catch some fish and then smoke them in accordance with the farmer’s own recipe. Visitors can also help to bake bread. There’s a sauna where you can inhale the aroma of healthy grasses and drink some medicinal teas.
	The “Neptuns” restaurant	The restaurant is on the seaside and in the Ķemeri National Park. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Jūrmala and features a teahouse and outdoor terrace during the summer. In only 44 km distance from Riga you can enjoy sea air, pine soughing and great meal. In the restaurent chefs use quality local products. The menu changes every season.
	The “Rozu krodzins” saloon of the Piena Estate	The saloon is in the restored mansion of the Sieksāte (Berghof) Estate, and there is a milk museum in the granary and the cheese-making building. Guests can try their hand at milking cows and at churning and tasting fresh butter. Latvian cuisine: Rye bread, herring with cottage cheese, milk soup, boiled potatoes a la countryside with chives, sliced venison, pike-perch in cream, plaice with peas, potato pancakes with lingonberry jam. Special foods: Piena Estate cheesecake, homemade egg liqueur.
	The Lejnieki farm	The farm breeds dairy and meat goats. They make yogurt, cheeses from the goat milk. They also make ecological organic goat's milk soap. In the farm they also grow rhubarb and make syrups and juices from it. You can take a tour, view the animals, taste milk, yogurt, various cheeses, meats sausages, etc.) and purchase the products, as well.
	A winery at the Tevini homestead	This winery produces wine from fruits and berries from its own garden, as well as from wild fruits and berries – raspberry, apple, gooseberry, blackberry, strawberry, red bilberry, rowanberry, blueberry, red currant, elderberry, shadberry and dandelion wine. The main product is sparkling wine from raspberries that is similar to Champagne. The wines can be tasted at the cosy winery, which has a garden terrace. During the summer, visitors can tour the garden, which is partly landscaped and partly wild. Talk to the owner in advance, and he will prepare a campfire on which you will be able to cook food that you bring with you and enjoy it with the wine. 	Mr. Plume Cidery	Mr Plūme Cidery crafts cider from select apple varieties grown in their own orchard and foraged from the wild, as well as perry made from carefully chosen pears. Our Story Māris and Dace Plūme have been crafting cider since 2010, drawing on experience gained in top cider houses in France and Austria and experimenting with various cider and winemaking methods. Apples Their 1.5-hectare orchard is home to rare and aromatic dessert apple varieties, the latest apple hybrids, and select pear varieties from Austria, England, and local sources, all cultivated for perry production. Each autumn, the owners embark on “apple safaris,” searching for interesting wild apple trees from which they gather fruit, adding the best to their collection. The orchard also includes unique apple and pear varieties discovered by the owners, such as ‘Pāvilosta Cider Apple,’ ‘Kaibala Bitter,’ ‘Aizpute Pear,’ and others. Ciders They produce both naturally sparkling and still apple ciders, using wild fermentation (without adding yeast) or different types of yeasts. They also make premium ciders from one to four select apple or pear varieties from their orchard, which showcase the distinct ‘terroir’ of the farm. Mr Plūme ciders have won awards at cider competitions in Spain, Germany, Norway, Madeira, as well as in Baltic and Nordic competitions. 	Abavas gimenes vindaritavas vinogu darzs un vinotava	The vineyard of the ABAVA family winery covers 3.5 ha at this time, and is being expanded year by year. We have a wide range of types of grapes, and we harvest them each year to produce a limited amount of wine. The winery was set up by the family of Mārtiņš and Liene Barkāns, and it is a well-developed company which produces high-quality beverages from fruits and berries that are grown in Latvia. The ABAVA winery was established in 2010, and it quite quickly became one of Latvia’s leading wineries.
	Cafe Alida	Aromatic coffee is produced here from chicory and on the basis of ancient recipes from grandma Alīda. All of the ingredients come from surrounding fields and forests. Roasted chicory coffee PAULĪNE (rye, chicory, carrots, acorns); roasted rye, chicory, and hemp coffee SĒLIJA (rye, chicory, carrots, hemp leaves); rye malt, chicory, and hop coffee VIESĪTE (rye malt grains, chicory, hops). 	Sparni	The farmstead "Spārni" is located on the Latvian-Lithuanian border, near the Vadakste river. In summer, there are tent and caravan sites for individual travelers and small groups. 	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery	Turkalne Manor Brewery and Cidery is a place where history meets modern technology. Our Story The history of the manor dates back to 1604. In 2018, its current owner restored the manor's barn and set up a brewery, winery, and cidery within it. Apples In the Turkalne Manor orchard, covering 1 hectare, the apple varieties 'Sīpoliņš', 'Auksis', 'Antonovka', 'Remo', 'Spartan' are grown. Ciders At Turkalne Manor, they make apple cider, apple-rhubarb cider, and mulled cider. For Visitors Guests are offered tastings in the historic barn building. The second floor of the barn features a large space for events such as weddings, family celebrations, seminars, and training sessions. Catering can be arranged in advance. Accommodation and event hosting venues are available 1 km away at the Turbas leisure complex. A tour of the Turkalne Manor grounds with a story about the manor’s history and restoration is also offered. 	Dvietes istais lauku saldejums	The true country ice cream at Dviete is provided by a family company which makes ice cream from locally sourced milk and barriers. There are no E-substances, no plant oils, and less sugar than is common. The cows which provide the milk are not kept in sheds. They graze in the biological pastures of the Dviete wetlands. They are known as “happy cows,” and the milk ensures a unique taste for the ice cream that is made of it. The café offers homemade ice cream and waffles, as well as delicious coffee in a lovely and well-appointed place from which you can see the lovely and extensive Dviete wetlands. Groups can contact the ice cream café to arrange for tastings or master classes on how ice cream is made.
	Abava Winery	Abava Winery, located in the Abava River Valley in Kurzeme, invites you to sample Latvia’s fruit and berry ciders, wines, and distillates. Our Story The inspiration to create the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, while visiting Europe’s oldest wineries. It is now regarded as the largest winery and cidery in Latvia. Apples The 4-hectare apple orchard includes trees planted during the Soviet era, representing the industrial apple varieties of that time. Ciders Abava ciders are made from apples grown in Latvia and stand out with their distinctive northern flavour – a classic Old World heritage, enriched with northern herbs, berries, fruit characteristics, and bold creative blends. Abava ciders have been awarded at international exhibitions and competitions. For Visitors The owners invite you to visit the cidery, learn about the story of cider, and enjoy various ciders during a tasting. Groups can order platters of snacks and catering. During the harvest season, guests are invited to participate in apple picking. The cider estate also offers venues for events, seminars, parties, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. 	Plaudis.lv	Camping "Plaudis.lv" is located in Vidzeme, in a beautiful place by Plaužu lake. Offers tent sites, boats, SUP boards, catamaran rentals, places for recreation and events. There is a child-friendly swimming area, playground, volleyball court. It is also possible to rent a sauna and a outdoor hot tub. In the shop - cafe you can buy ice cream, coffee and drinks.
