To develop rural tourism that is targeted on seniors, project partners have created several steps: set specific criteria for rural tourism hospitality services and destinations to receive Seniors, complimented by Guidelines for rural tourism businesses on the preparation of products that are appropriate to senior needs.

1. “Seniors Go Rural” accreditation criteria;

2. Guidelines for rural tourism businesses on products for the senior market;

3. Framework agreements or structures for Operative Systems that are capable to promote and incentive the transnational travel of individual seniors in off-season;

4. Pilot Rural Tourism products (transnational in the Baltics / regional in NO and BE);

5. Website for information and promotion;

6. Promotion tools:  product brochure (for clients),  information brochure (for providers and destinations);

7. Exploitation plan.
