Die Betriebsstätte befindet sich auf halbem Weg zwischen Rauna und Smiltene. Die Besucher können die Betriebsräume in einem Keller besichtigen, wo der sprudelnde Birkensaft produziert und gelagert wird. Die Bauernwirtschaft "Liepas” die sich in Dobele befindet ist eine dynamisch wachsende Pflanzenzucht, die sich auf Obstbäume, Beerensträucher und Rosenpflanzen spezialisiert. Im Angebot steht ein umfangreiches Angebot an selbst gezüchteten, qualitativen, den lettischen Klimabedingungen angepassten Obstbaum-, Rosen- und Beerenstrauchmaterial. Den Besuchern werden die Pflanzen in Containern sowie der Kennenlerngarten gezeigt, wo man sehen kann, wie der kleine Obstbaum erwachsen aussieht. Im Frühling kann man im Garten die Blütezeit genießen, und im Sommer und Herbst Kirschen, Pflaumen, Äpfel und Birnen kosten. Die pflanzen kann man auch kaufen.

Karlis Ulmanis war besonders unter den Landwirten sehr beliebt, denn dank seiner erreichte Lettland ein hohes wirtschaftliches Niveau. Auf dem Hof sind das Wohnhaus, ein Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Stallungen und Scheune sowie ein Speicher erhalten. In den Gebäuden gibt es eine Gedenkausstellung für K. Ulmanis, zusätzlich eine große Sammlung landwirtschaftlicher Geräte. |

This biological farm (Bio 05-049-2008) grows berries such as strawberries and summer and autumn raspberries, as well as vegetables and grains. Visitors can pick and eat berries and look at the garden. The owners also breed cattle and have a store at which biological vegetables and fruits from the farm itself and from others can be bought. During the hay season during the summer visitors can spend the night in bales of hay.
