	Mittelalterliche Gaststätte im Schloss JAUNPILS PILS	Ihre Mahlzeit können Sie im Kerzenlicht und bei mittelalterlicher Musik in einem alten Rittersaal mit Gewölbedecke zu sich nehmen. Mit Ihren Händen oder Holzlöffeln können Sie ein mittelalterliches Gastmahl nach dem Geschmack der Barone, des Mönches oder der Diener genießen. Das besondere Gericht: Burgmauer mit Wächtern: im Bier gebackene Schweinerippen mit geschmortem Sauerkraut.
	GETRÄNKE-PRODUKTIONSSTÄTTE „ZILVER“	Ein Familienbetrieb in Sigulda, der Obstbäume anbaut und aus deren Früchten verschiedene Getränke produziert. Bei der Verkostung werden Blumen-, Beeren-, Obstweine, das alkoholfreie festliche Getränk „Rabarber“, Brandy mit einem Apfel in der Flasche und für einen historischen Geschmack Allažu Ķimelis angeboten.
	Sparni	The farmstead "Spārni" is located on the Latvian-Lithuanian border, near the Vadakste river. In summer, there are tent and caravan sites for individual travelers and small groups. Picnic opportunity. Fireplace and grill place. Pond and garden goodies. Animal friendly. There are also birch sap, herbal tea with dandelion honey, fruit / berry kvass tastings, opportunities to participate in farm work. The hosts offer excursions arround Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. For Visitors The cidery welcomes experience exchange groups by prior arrangement. Where to Buy The Jēpis ciders are available at markets and specialized stores.
	Milchhof-Gaststätte "Rozu krodzins"	Diese Gaststätte befindet sich in dem erneuerten Herrenhaus des Landgutes Sieksate (Berghof), aber in der Kornkammer und in der Käserei ist das Milchmuseum eingerichtet. Gäste können hier ihr Talent beim Kuhmelken ausprobieren, Butter schlagen und sie auch verkosten. Lettische Küche: Roggenbrot, Hering mit Quark, Milchsuppe, nach dem Geschmack des Landes gekochte Kartoffeln mit grünem Schnittlauch, Hirschfleischscheiben, Zander mit Sauerrahmsoße, Flunder mit grünen Erbsen, Kartoffelpfannkuchen mit Preiselbeermarmelade. Das besondere Gericht: Käsekuchen des Milchhofes, selbstgemachter Eierlikör.
	The Drubazas farm	After viewing the lovely scenes that are a part of the Drubazi nature trail, which runs along the banks of the Ancient Abava River Valley, the owner offers tastings of homemade wine. He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	Hanfanbau ADZELVIESI	Auf dem Hof Adzelvieši wird Hanf angebaut, aus dessen Samen Hanfbutter und grob gemahlene Zukost hergestellt wird. An der Kornkammer (101 Jahre alt) sind alte Werkzeuge der Hanffaserbearbeitung ausgestellt. Hier kann man leckere Produkte verkosten und kaufen, sowie eine spannende Reise in die Geschichte der Hanfzüchtung unternehmen. Der gewöhnliche Hanf ist eine alte Kulturpflanze in Lettland, die hier seit mehr als 1000 Jahren angebaut wird. Lettische Küche: Grob und fein gemahlene Zukost aus Hanf, Hanfbrötchen, zerdrückte und geröstete Hanfbröckchen, Hanföl.
	Piksas	Das Geburtshaus des einstigen lettischen Premierministers und späteren Staatspräsidenten Karlis Ulmanis (1877–1942), in dem seit 1993 ein Museum eingerichtet ist. Karlis Ulmanis war besonders unter den Landwirten sehr beliebt, denn dank seiner erreichte Lettland ein hohes wirtschaftliches Niveau. Auf dem Hof sind das Wohnhaus, ein Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Stallungen und Scheune sowie ein Speicher erhalten. In den Gebäuden gibt es eine Gedenkausstellung für K. Ulmanis, zusätzlich eine große Sammlung landwirtschaftlicher Geräte.
	Pincikajas	“Pincikājas” offers a sauna and a place for leisure in a lovely place on the banks of Lake Sudals. A certified masseur and sauna master is on hand to organise sauna-related rituals. You will relax in the jacuzzi that is outside the sauna, or go swimming in the lake. Enjoy a period of leisure or take part in sports, camping or parties for your team at work. There are accommodations for up to 11 people on the mansard floor of the main building. Boats and SUP boards are available to rent. There is space for tenting and room for parties with up to 30 participants. There is a place for swimming, as well as a playground for children.
	Kellerei TEVINI	Der Bauernhof beschäftigt sich mit der Herstellung von Wein aus Obst und Beeren, die im eigenen Garten und im Freien gesammelt werden. Es wird Wein aus Himbeeren, Apfel, Stachelbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Erdbeeren, Preiselbeeren, Vogelbeeren, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Johannisbeeren, Holunder, Felsenbirne, Apfelbeeren und Löwenzahn angeboten. Das Hauptprodukt ist der nach traditioneller Methode hergestellter Himbeer-Sekt.
	ZELT Smiltserksku darzs	In 2015 owners of ''Zeltlejas'' started to develop the first sea buckthorn plantations, but in 2018 the area where the sea buckthorn is grown for berry extraction was 24 hectares. Only one breed of sea buckthorn trees with high oil and carotenoid content is grown in the garden. But strawberries are grown in the greenhouses, that's why they are ripen already in the spring. Various events on different topics like healthy eating, cooking, gardening are also organized.
	DARE Relax in the meadow	Relax among natural meadows at Antiņciems, which is part of the Ķemeri National Park. There is space for picnicking and tenting, with canopies for seminars and private events outdoor. A guide will accompany you for a stroll through a meadow where you can truly sense the presence of nature. Owner Sanita Matule teaches master classes related to products from the meadows – tastings and educational activities outdoors. Sanita will tell various stories about Antiņciems, the border between Kurzeme and Vidzeme, traditions in growing chicory, etc. There is a permanent spiral herbal bed for various herbs. The owner grows chicory and offers chicory coffee. Purchase or taste products from “Sanita’s Meadow Goodies.” Celebrate the “Chicory Festival,” the “Meet your Master” event, “Home Café Days,” seminars about medicinal plants, information about tending to biologically valuable meadows, stories about when the TV show “True Latvian Homemakers” was filmed here. You can also watch the backing of a “Miracle Bun” and then taste it.
	Herbsts Cidery	Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Our Story This is a story of old orchards, wild apple trees, and a passionate pursuit of creating ciders with a unique Baltic flavour. Apples Cider is made from apples hand-picked in a 60-year-old orchard. The search for distinctive cider flavours also lead the cider makers to the wild, where forest apples with unique tastes are found. During the winter months, a slow fermentation process transforms the apple juice into a flavourful and refreshing drink. Ciders Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders. For Visitors Each autumn, cider harvest gatherings are organised, offering everyone a chance to enjoy active time in the orchard, taste previous years' ciders, and enjoy a meal cooked over an open fire. 	TALAVA SIDRS	Die Mosterei befindet sich im Wirtschaftsgebäude des Landguts Vecgulbene - an einem Ort, der historisch zu Tālava, dem Land der alten Lettgallen, gehörte. Das ausgesprochen saisonale Klima verleiht den Vidzeme-Äpfeln eine einzigartige, knackige Geschmackspalette. Nachdem der Cidre mehrere Monate bei niedriger Temperatur gereift ist, wird der klassische Apfel-Cidre mit goldenen Quitten, Rhabarber, saftigen Kirschen und Hopfen versetzt, um ein Zusammenspiel der Geschmacksnoten zu entwickeln.

	Tauri	A biological farm in the lovely nature park of the Ogre River valley. You can tour the farm to see how biological cattle from the Charolais breed are bred. Walk down our nature trails to watch cows grazing in the fields. Visit the little Akmeņupīte stream and the large oak trees that are in the area. You can see the rapids of the Ogre River and, in the spring, broad fields of ramsons. The venue offers tastings of its products, and you can also purchase meat to take along with you.

	Forest retreat "Baldone"	The “Baldone Sauna for Friends” weekend house offers families, couples, good friends and small groups rooms for leisure amidst a mighty forest of beautiful fir and pine trees during the summer and the winter. Fans of sauna rituals can enjoy a sauna according to the Latvian style, with aromatic herbal teas, a salt or coffee scrub, and a bucket of cold water for contrast. Outside is a tub of hot water for leisure and conversations during which the tops of the pine trees, the moon and the stars can be watched. Guests have access to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchenette. There are four bedrooms – a yellow one with six single beds and a double bed, a lavatory and a shower; as well as violet, reddish and green rooms with double beds that share a lavatory and a shower. There is room for as many as 18 people in all.
