There are rooms such as "Glamor Room", "Worker's Room", "Dreamer Room", "Gardener's Room", "Her and His Room", "Gambler's  Room", "Avanturist Room" and "Writer's Room". There is also a café and rooms for seminars available in hotel.

In 2017, a design hotel was opened in Cesis, on the banks of the Gauja River. At the end of 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century Russian aristocrats built villas for summer recreation here. At present, six hectares of the territory are home to three villas (Villa Santa, Villa Ieva and Villa Carola) with a restaurant, a hall of TILTA HOUSE, an ancient apple garden and a restored wooden gazebo. The hotel has 30 rooms, with a light interior, with a touch of Scandinavian minimalism and Latvian bourgeoisie, preserving the aura of the summer cottage.

Hotel Konventa Sēta Hotel 4* is located in a complex of buildings from the 13th century, which surrounds a charming courtyard with narrow and picturesque streets of the old town. The hotel is located in the very center of Riga, in Old Riga, and offers 161 rooms and four event rooms, which are suitable for both corporate events and private celebrations.

In 2023, Konventa Sēta Hotel underwent extensive renovation. On the first floor of the hotel, there is a beer restaurant "Two More Beers", where guests can enjoy a rich breakfast, delicious meals and a wide selection of beers suitable for them. Next to the hotel reception is the pastry shop "Cruffins", where you can taste freshly baked cruffins.

Janne Hotel is a small 3* hotel located in a 100-year-old building with a rich history. Hotel was completely renovated in July, 2014, preserving its historical heritage - ancient brick walls and ceiling vaults. The hotel is located in the quiet and green area of Riga - Āgenskalns.
