The big house is ready and there are 5 holiday apartments waiting for it: Rose, Peony, Water Rose, Sunflower and Poppy. The apartments have both ancient and modern interiors. They have restored furniture by Latvian masters, colored veranda glass, equipped kitchens and 1 or more bedrooms. One of the apartments has a bathtub and a roof terrace with sea views. There are also two apartments in the barn house.

The 3rd house will also be renovated, where all the guests of the apartments will have a rest - a library, a piano, a wood-burning oven and the opportunity to drink wine.
