They work together since 1996. The members are knitting woollen socks, mittens, scarfs, sweaters, embroider sofa cushions, blankets, table cloths, paint on scarfs and ties, weaves blankets, towels, carpets, bookmarks, crochet toys, clothing, blankets as well as creates wickerwork and wooden ware, they demonstrate the baking process of traditional Latvian sklandrauši and tea making. The knitters from the organisation created the traditional mittens for the NATO summit guests in Riga. The visitors can view the different products, learn different crafts, bake sklandrauši and make different tea mixes themselves. They also offer excursions in the renovated Ance’s manor castle.

Regīna Kalniņa is one of the best known craftswomen in Kurzeme. She weaves blankets and shawls and knits colourful mittens. She also sews Rucava and Nīca folk costumes. Am rechten Ufer des Flusses Iecava erhebt sich das erneuerte Gebäude der Mühle. Auf dem Hof und in seinen Wirtschaftshäusern sind der lettischen Feldlandschaft charakteristische Werkzeuge, Maschinen, Triebwerke und Haushaltsgegenstände ausgestellt. Hier kann man auch eine Schmiede besichtigen. Jedes Jahr werden hier thematische Veranstaltungen organisiert: Frühlingsarbeiten auf einem Hof (am zweiten Samstag im Mai) und Erntefest (am ersten Samstag im September).

Auf dem Hof Untumi werden eine Pferdeherde gehalten und gezüchtet, sowie Pferde gekauft, die den Anforderungen der historisch gezüchteten lettischen Pferderasse entsprechen. Hier kann man in einem Pferch oder in der Umgebung des Hofes unter der Leitung eines Instrukteurs Reitfertigkeiten erlernen. Im Sommer kann man hier mit einem Pferdewagen, aber im Winter – mit einem Pferdeschlitten fahren. Die Pferde werden zu Hochzeiten und anderen Veranstaltungen verwendet.

In der Mühle lässt sich der Wollverarbeitungsvorgang auf 100 Jahre alten Geräten nachverfolgen, hier werden Wolldecken und mit Schafwolle gefüllte Kissen in Handarbeit hergestellt, sowie Souvenire, die man kaufen und bestellen kann. Es werden Exkursionen angeboten und Brot gebacken. Funktionsfähig erhalten ist die im 19. Jh. im lettischen Maschinenwerk „Šūberts Rudzīts & b-dri” hergestellte Pflück- und Kardiermaschine, eine in Deutschland hergestellte einzigartige Spinnmaschine sowie eine Kornmühle.  

Lettische Küche: Eingelegte Heringe mit Gemüse, Graupengrütze, Kartoffelpüree nach dem Geschmack der Einwohner von Vidzeme (mit gebratenen Zwiebeln), kleine Pfannkuchen mit einheimischem Honig und Marmeladen aus einheimischen Beeren, selbstgebackenes Brot.

Das besondere Gericht: Wasserkringel und Suppe des Wirtes, die aus sechs Fischarten gekocht ist.

Die Windmühle ist von 1867 bis 1869 im holländischen Stil gebaut worden. Der Namen erwarb die Windmühle nach dem Familienname des ersten Besitzers – Riba. Die Windmühle ist eins der besser erhaltenen Architekturdenkmäler dieser Typs in Lettland. Auf der Windmühle ist die dauerhafte Exposition “Der Weg vom Getreide” errichtet, die über landwirtschaftliche Entwicklung in Semgallen, die Traditionen der Getreidezucht und des Brotbackens erzählt. Es werden Exkursionen mit Guidebegleitung angeboten. Die Windmühle gehört zum Erholungskomplex (Hotel, Restaurant, Mühle) „Rožmalas”.
