Since August 2010 she has taken over the task of coordinating the Flagship Project 12,7 „Attract Tour-ists to rural and coastal areas“ under the Priority Area "Tourism" of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region at Turku Touring in a regional tourism organisation in Southwest Finland. Before that she was work-ing in HUMAK University of Applied Sciences, developing entrepreneurship in the creative field and was accelerating multi professional co-operation between SME's offering networks and services to develop commercial products and services and to improve their marketing. She was among other things coordinating Central Baltic Interreg IV A project, SMEDGE, which main outcome was a joint support model to prepare the local companies for expansion into other Central Baltic markets.
