Visitors are welcome to take part in the process. The owners will talk all about how this dish and other traditional regional dishes are prepared. Recipes are available along with useful advice and opportunities to taste the pastries. Accommodations are also available. |

20002 | Lidumini, grower of dahlias and fowl | This gardening specialist has more than 900 kinds of dahlias in her garden, among them some 15 are types that she herself developed. There are also some 200 geese on the farm. Tours are available, and visitors can purchase dahlia tubers and receive consultations. Goose meat and goose down are available for purchase. |
![]() 20003 | Velga Eizenberga, Ceramics artist | This ceramics artist, Velga Eizenberga, demonstrates her skills in one of the buildings of the Dundaga Castle complex - the one that is called “Slūžu namiņš.” She can also tell you about the history of pottery in her area. You may commission or purchase examples of the woman’s work. |

20005 | Jaunbrukli, wood sculptor | Ģirts Freibergs does restoration work and, on commission, produces things for the home, along with wedding presents, jewellery, spoons and various souvenirs. His work can be seen at the Laumu dabas parks. |

20006 | Jumari, biological farm | The owner of this farm offers tours of her facilities, as well as the area of Valpene. The “Jumari” farm sells dairy products, fruit and vegetables (which the visitor can pick), berries and honey. There is livestock, and visitors can take part in farm work – feed the animals, reap and collect hay, etc. The owner also prepares pillows of medicinal plants, as well as bookmarks. |

20007 | Zefirs, strawberry grower | For six years now, this farm has grown some 25 different kinds of strawberries. Visitors can purchase berries and plants. They can receive consultations or pick berries in the area. The farm also grows various vegetables. |

This nature park features Latvia’s only “Bee Trail”, where the visitor can experience the “role” of a bee. Visitors can put on the protective clothing of a beekeeper so as to observe the lives of bees in their hives. Brave visitors will be able to climb a tree with old-time beekeeping and honey extraction equipment. The park features tours along the “Bee Trail”, “The Bird Trail” the “Forest Trail” and the “Plant Trail”. Visitors can purchase and taste beekeeping products and make candles out of wax. Accommodations are available, as are a miniature golf course and bicycle rentals. |

20009 | Kalnmalas, chinchilla breeder | This farm breeds two kinds of chinchillas – “Standard” and “Black Velvet.” In a special room, the owner of the facility offers a lecture which lasts for approximately one hour and features the animals. Visitors can purchase chinchillas, as well as cages which are produced on site. |

20010 | Piesaules, producer of large cranberries | For more than 10 years now, Dailis Brālītis has grown several kinds of large cranberries on seven hectares of swampland in the Sārāji swamp. Visitors can enjoy tours and consultations, and the process for harvesting berries is demonstrated. Those who wish may pick a bucket of their own berries. Products, including cranberry juice, can be purchased. |

This farm breeds goats and uses their milk to produce cheese. Visitors who apply two weeks in advance can tour the farm and taste the products. |
