	NIEDRAS	A cottage in Jūrmala, by the river Lielupe, on a sandy beach. From balcony, there is a view of the river and the White Dune. Nearby a pine forest. 3km to the sea, 2km to the Līvu water attraction park. In the vicinity, there is the bicycling track Rīga-Jūrmala. Seasonal activities – river ship boating, water skiing, fishing, skiing.

	JAUNVOSI	Two restored country homes near Ape and the Rīga-Veclaicene highway. Guests are welcome to utilise three weekend apartments with kitchens, double rooms and all the conveniences. The ski trails on Ķauķu Hill and Dēliņkalns Hill are 15 km from the buildings. There are farms which offer country goodies in the Ape Administrative District and near these homes.
	EZERLUKI	Holliday cottage is located 85 km from Riga, 5 km from Kakenieki (Riga-Liepaja highway), on the bank of Lake Zebrus, in the nature protected area. There is separate house with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, fire place, terrace, steam bath and sauna with two hot-tubs next to the house in Ezerluki. Private area for active leisure, hiking and swimming in the area. Hay barn with canopy and view to the lake.
	KOSISI	This summer cottage is especially suitable for the recreation of friendly families with children, as well as for summer camps and seminars. On the 1st floor there is a spacious living-room with a fireplace, a built-in kitchen and a big dining table, a sauna, a dressing room, a spacious terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two separate bedrooms and one spacious passage bedroom, a WC and a shower. The cottage can be used only in the warm times – from May 1st to October 1st. 	Palena medibu muizas apartamenti	The renovated part of the Palen Manor has cozy, well-furnished apartments - Dienvidu (South) Apartment 40 m2 and the Dižozolu (grand oak) 35 m2. Apartments are study type with separate bedroom. In the kitchen section, you can cook meals, coffee and tea. The apartment has a refrigerator for storage of the products taken. The renovated mansion furnace will provide a living fire of pleasure. Wide shower room with heated warm floor, WC. Free Wi-Fi is available. Active playgrounds for children. 	EZERA SONATE	A cottage between Rēzekne and Kārsava, on the shores of Lake Meirāns. On the 1st floor - a fireplace room, kitchen, sauna and amenities. A bedroom on the second floor. Boats and paddle boats. We lease boats, water cycles, skis, pole-walking poles, bikes and exercise equipment. Picnic place with a roof, and a boardwalk, which extends into the lake.

	Jaunlidumnieki	The holiday house "Jaunlīdumnieki" is located on the steep bank of the Suda River, with beautiful views of the river. The proximity of the river allows you to enjoy a variety of entertainment in the vicinity of the water - swimming in a well-equipped swimming place, fishing, boat rental - kayaks, canoes, SUP board. A living room with a fireplace and a kitchen corner is on the first floor of the holiday home, on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and 2 pull-out sofas. There is also a sauna with an electric oven in the house, a sauna ritual with an experienced person is offered. There are 2 separate rooms for a toilet and a shower. The outdoor area has a pleasant garden corner with garden furniture, where you can dine, sunbath or just relax on your own. There are several interesting sights nearby - Malpils Manor, Mālpils Dairy, Skulmek Homes and Nature trail along Mergupi and a cycle route (36 km), which presents the most popular sights of Malpils region.
	Oasis	“Oasis” is a family company. The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.” The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte. 3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4. Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights. The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga. Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.
	SIPOLI 4	A weekend house in Bernati, not so far from the sea, 12 km away from Liepaja. On the first floor of the house there is a recreation room with a fireplace, kitchen and other facilities. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. There is a grill next to the house. The countryside bath-house is in the separate house. Not so far away there is a playground for children and a place for sport activities, picnic places and weekend houses (Nr.99, 5 and 252). A possibility for fishing in the river Barta, Lake Pape and the sea.

	Arendole manor	The Arendole Manor is located on the bank of the River Dubna and has a typical interior of the late 19th and early 20th century Latgalian manors. Offers group tours on the history of the manor, as well as lunch. Breakfast and dinner is available for those who stay overnight. Catering is available for events. The manor’s chef prepares dishes from local and seasonal produce.
